Trash. Floor tiles coming up in the bathroom pinching your feet and rocking around. Carpet sticky like cotton candy. Toilet wouldnt flush. No dresser for my clothing. Hot tub shut.down and boarded up. Juice machine at breakfast out of order. So if the room is trash....the spa area is trash and the breakfast experience is trash...im going to rate the overall experience as trash. Supet disappointed with the mosy expensive hotel in town.

The carpets are not very clean it had a musty smell and the elevator was not very clean companies have contracts with this hotel therefore are very many contractors which give it that commercial flare, my room had a musty and pee smell in a corner figured it was a dogs pee smell being its pet friendly but I had to go and get a room freshener to get the room to smell am lil better its ok i guess and semi decent i have to say the bed was comfy but the hotel is a lil old i guess and then being that contractors go in and out from work makes a lil run down.

Friendly at check-in. There was a food truck parked at front very loud. Reception had her grandchild up front. No A/C in food area so hot, could have provided fans. Rooms were old. Carpet was old.

This HD was well worn. Bed sagged and uncomfortable. No linens for pull out bed until requested. Hot Tub was out of order.

Our specific room I guess was next to a maintenance closet, the vibration from the equipment could be felt in our room, shook the wall and couch. The pool was cold for being indoor, and was pretty dirty with sand. The room itself was decent other than that and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room had an odor like mildew. I kept spraying body spray to mask the smell. The carpet in the hallways were terrible. Just a very unkept property.

The manager was very nice and accommodating. Very personable.

The front desk staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. Room was clean and confortable.

Quick and simple

Sign said remodeling but i didn’t see any work being done. Walls were dirty, couch was sunken, tvs did not work, spider in bed, hole in carpet, broken floor tiles. Wouldn't stay again for the price.

The carpet is dirty and torn. The floor underneath is lumpy. The floor tiles inbthe kitchen and especially the bathroom are cracked and loose. The couch is dirty, sagging and old. The elevator is small, and old, and you can feel it slipping. That was really concerning. Broken glass window at the pool. They put $50 on my card for incidentals, I'm heading down there for a credit.

The staff were nice, property was clean. Only problem was the hot water was not very hot, no matter what time of the day.

Staff not very friendly. It seemed like they did not like the fact we used Hotel.com. Have stayed there before with no reservations and got treated better.

Worst experience ever! The rooms were dirty, smelly and dated. They processed my credit card for deposit which reflected immediately on my account, yet the front desk clerk called to my room to ask me to verbally give her my credit card number again. I informed her that I wasn’t comfortable with her writing my credit card information but that I would gladly walk down to show her where it reflected on my account. She said that was irrelevant to her and she wanted my card info. Her attitude was horrific and she then called me in my room and told me that I need to leave immediately! My sister and I traveled for several hours to meet at this location, only to be treated with disrespect and prejudice. I do not recommend this hotel.

Was not maintained and first room assigned to us had strong dog smell so they gave us a different room. Walls in rooms marked up, floor tiles loose on bath floor, tub spout did not allow sufficient water from shower, bed frame stuck out approximately 4 inches which could cut your leg.

Do not expect any help or flexibility if your flight gets delayed repeatedly then rerouted to a city 5 hours away. my flight was supposed to be to DFW, but was delayed multiple times then rerouted to San Antonio. We didn't even ask for a refund, just to move the reservation from Friday to Sunday. We tried to call the hotel with no answer. Then contacted hotels.com to attempt to get our reservation moved. Unfortunately the property declined, choosing no flexibility and taking the money and leaving us with no hotel and out $250.
