Very clean and comfortable beds. Continental breakfast is included and is not bad.

Everything was ok except the people that welcomed us at the front desk. Not very friendly.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Le Rivage. The room was clean and comfortable, and I really liked the light features in the room. There is a wall-mounted TV speaker, but it didn’t work due to a missing power cord. The TV volume was clear, and I liked that you could connect your phone to the TV. The hotel is conveniently located right across from the spa. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The staff during the evening shift are rude and lazy. I asked for some forks at the reception and she didn’t respond, she just turned around to get it and gave them to me rudely. The next day, we ordered uber and they forgot to put forks in the bag so we had to ask the receptionist again. She said there was no forks, so we asked for spoons instead when she turned around to get them, I saw there was some forks. Then, I told her that there are some forks and she responded yes we do have some…. And they never answer the phone, you always need to go directly at the reception in order to get service. Overall, the receptionist was unwelcoming and rude but the room is clean and nice.

C’est la 3e fois que je séjourne à cet hôtel, la première fois c’était parfait. Je suis déçue des 2 dernières fois. L’hôtel a besoin d’être rafraîchi, c’est correct mais le personnel à la réception n’ont clairement pas de façon! Pas de sourire, pas de bonjour, on les dérange clairement en arrivant. Est-ce uniquement le personnel de fin de semaine? Peut-être. J’ai souvent affaires à Ste Thérèse, l’hôtel est bien placé pour mes besoins mais je vais sûrement trouver un autre endroit la prochaine fois. Ma dernière chambre avait une salle de bain minuscule, aucun crochet. Et la nuit, c’était très bruyant de l’intérieur, comme si on transportait des chariots
