Only criticism was the rooms are very warm no air conditioning breakfast served across road not a problem a member of staff helped me with car park which is very tight the Irish coffee in the Italian restaurant superb

+comfortable beds. personel nice, near trainstation. restaurant and bar ”in hotel area”. -Very varm room, no aircondition and the Windows were no good. Breakfast was served in another hotel across the street. The reception closed early.

Room is very small, different from the photos on the website. Tiny bath room, poor design, water goes everywhere after a shower. No one at front desk, check in and check out by the receptionist of a hotel across the road. Virtually no service at this hotel.

Lovely large family room, with super fresh linen on the beds. Bathroom clean and modern, location is perfect, I know this hotel over many years and it always works.

Noise in the rooms

The property was convenient to get to but there was an issue with our booking since we booked with Hotel Hjalmar but instead were put in the sister property, First Hotel. The shower was broken, the chair in room was so dirty that my wife had to cover it with a towel to sit on. The heater element was broken and our keys stopped working after the first night. We were given a new room but it was a downgrade of sorts. I did not appreciate having to stay in a hotel that was not apart of the original booking. There were some good and bad elements to the stay but overall a C- grade.

It wasn’t the cleanest, a little frivolous, but other than that the service was great, hotel cozy and rooms appealing. Breakfast was okay!

Extremely poor breakfast and Covid measures. Overheated room at 25 centigrades

It was clean and quiet place, very nice breakfast. I would come back here again.

Location is excellent, and staff are very helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of good choices. The listing said there was parking available for a fee, but when I arrived they said there is none, and had to park on the street. The room lacked basic stuff: has only one hanger, the bathroom shower doesn’t have a soap holder.

The room was ok. But a fridge in the middle of the room I don’t understand, and it was very dirty as well. The shower curtain was also dirty. Ok, but not worth the price. The breakfast was also mediocre.

Charming hotel, like the fact that they have a backyard to park the car in central Örebro ( not many so be sure to book..) great cleaning service as well as breakfast and reception service ( located across the street at Hitel Örebro but very close so not a problem)

Rummet vi fick först var ett enkelrum trots att jag bokat för två personer, fixades dock snabbt av personalen. Rummet var rent och snyggt, inget att klaga på där. Frukosten kändes lätt kaosartad, allt serverades på liten yta och jag vet inte om det fanns t.ex glutenfritt bröd etc. Svårt att veta vilka som var personal eller gäster

Duschen var värdelös, inget tryck ö h t. Rum 305. Tråkig frukost. Konstigt bacon och köttbullar som man kunde ha hoppat över

Rummet ok, duschen risig med läckande slangar o rör. Ena sängen väldig nerlegad. Bra frukost

Nyrenoverat och fint. Bra värme på rummet. Dammigt vid ventilationen och på vertikala ytor. Ingen fungerande fjärr till tv-n (provade med nya batterier). Saknade skohorn. Bra med kyl men det kändes som en högst tillfällig lösning då den stog löst på golvet och förde oväsen när man satte i kontakten.
