None of the TVs worked and all the soaps were empty

Everything very nice. Just the room we booked not available when we arrived which was a shame. But they offered another option with breakfast.

Fantastic hotel.

Great value for money. We got a family room with good space and very comfortable beds. Breakfast room was light, airy and with a green planted terrace. We enjoyed our continental breakfast. Staff members were very friendly and polite. Parking is right by the hotel.

Lovely neighbourhood and the breakfast room was a real bonus

Room was not thoroughly cleaned. We found dust on the table and others areas. Refreshments left in the room without explanation that you will be charged if consumed. This was very wrong and should have been told the moment we check in.

The carpet in the hallways and in our room was very dirty. While I was taking a shower I saw things floating in the water. I realized that it was scum coming up from all of the grout lines in the shower. I had to take the sprayer and a towel to clean our shower as it appeared that it barely cleaned between guests. Dinner at the restaurant was very good and our waitress was the best! The front desk was very helpful.

The property is really nice, good sized bedroom and amenities. Staff was welcoming and accommodating, helpful to get information about bus transportation to Centro Oberhausen. I wish it was a bit closer to Centro Oberhausen but all in all good hotel

This is a lovely, modern hotel within walking distance of Sterkrade and it's shopping centre & facilities. It has a very clean/fresh feel, the staff are lovely, the beds comfortable and the garden/patio area is fab. Prices are decent, too :-) I came to Oberhausen to visit family so I did not have the need to use the restaurant but again, it looks great. There is a reasonably sized hotel car par but in the week I was there I only managed to get a space once. Free public car park opposite the hotel & free street parking filled the gap. Oberhausen is my home town and I will certainly be visiting again in future. This hotel will be my number one choice.

Clean and modern hotel. Friendly staff.

We are a family of four with a dog and had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was nice and comfortable, the bath was huge which made it easier to bathe our kids, the dog stayed for free, the parking was free, and the breakfast was wonderful and at a good price. To top it off, the hotel is beautiful. The surrounding area doesn’t match its elegance, but that just makes it a diamond in the rough (but not that rough).

Hotel is comfy, but choice of bed is poor. No king size bed, only double bed, which may not be always comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, but some items missing from a day to another. Week-end may be noisy with the pub, but nice sauna on 3rd floor. Overall, was a

Quick one night stay, really nice room. Breakfast was good for 12€ with kids free. Limited parking, but also on road free

Amazing hotel!!!

1 night stay, worn out small room, toilet and bathroom only separated with glass from the rest of the room, heat and smell from the shower in the room. Bathroom very small. Shower and breakfast were good. Not enough parking places, location not so nice. Expected a lot more from a hotel with such a high rating

The receptionist attended to us on the day we checked in was very pleasant, helpful and kind. The room was great, spacious and clean. Nevertheless we were not pleased with one of the waitress at the hotel’s restaurant. She was rude and treated us like a total stranger as if we are not a human being.
