Amazing staff and very nice breakfast. Although continental, they made some nice scrambled eggs just for us.

Easy to get to the main street of Noto and the bus stop for regional buses to other cities. Both were one minute away.

The hotel has a lousy motel-like front-desk, but the room was surprisingly big, newly renovated with a fancy bathroom facing very quiet street. Excellent location near the historic center.

The hotel is charming. It’s perfectly located in walking distance to the main town square. The room has everything we needed-air conditioning, clean and spacious bathroom, closet and stocked refrigerator. The hotel has a lovely patio and cafe. The main recommended sights and restaurants. Parking on site was very convenient and in a safe area.

I stayed in Room #120 for 3 nights. The staff incredibly accommodating & pleasant. The breakfast buffet was an excellent Italian breakfast complete with espresso-type coffees. However, I booked & paid for a superior double room. No way did I get what I paid for unless all superior double rooms are small. Nonetheless, the property very clean, a 2-minute walk to the bus depot, & centrally located.

Super-clean hotel. Fabulous breakfast. But the best bit was the really friendly and helpful staff.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Average shower. Good location with a 10 minutes walk to city center. Easy to find free street parking nearby. Buffet breakfast was nice.

Everything was just excellent.

We were given a supposed Junior suite room with patio, however Hotels.com indicated it was 322 sq ft, but it was not at all unless they included the exterior patio. Bathroom small but nice. Breakfast on top floor excellent, many choices incl. eggs made to order and its breakfast staff (lady was amazing and outstanding). Offsite parking in a church a minute away, very convenient to historic Noto for site visits. Took a Tour from the hotel itself for 25E but not worth it. Noto is beautiful

The location was great. We booked an upgraded room with a whirlpool tub and fancy shower, none of which worked, other than the alarm in the shower. It went off halfway through my basic shower requiring the staff to cut the breaker to reset it

Clean comfortable hotel well located with excellent breakfast

Hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the centre of this beautiful town. Staff were wonderful, very friendly and super helpful. Room was a good sized, but we really missed not having tea / coffee making facilities in our room (a minor quibble). Breakfasts, whilst pretty basic, were perfectly fine. Overall, we had a lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Closeness to prime locations in noto made all strategic places accessible by foot

Good service from when booked thru to when left. Helped with parking, restaurant booking etc. Good location just very short walk from town centre. Clean, good WiFi and very good breakfast. Small balcony helped with end of day relaxation.

Nice location, right next to the bus stop and the entrace to Noto old town. Room was clean. Breakfast was amazing. Overall great value for money.

Perfect location, walking distance to all we wanted to see. Generous buffet breakfast with views. Our room was even better than expected.
