This hotel is like Jaro same layout a lot of people. It was too crowded especailly at the swimming pool and hallways. And since there are a lot of kids it is very noisy and I was not able to sleep. We satyed at room 120. Disappointment scenarios that need to be addressed asap among the staff. I. I was asking for a bathtub mat because I have a disability and it was slippery when I took the shower reception said "if they have it they will bring it to our room but to no avail no one cared. 2. We ate at the restaurant and since it is populated your food will be served longer than you expected. Our dessert did not come after 30 30 minutes of waiting so we just cancelled it and left. Server said sorry. They shouild limit diners if they service will be crappy. A nice place but very populated and the service sucks.. 3. I just love the cleanliness of the towels and bed.

We really liked this hotel! No complaints! It was clean, the pool was nice, parking was included/free. The staff were great! We were having issues with our tv and one of the front desk staff came up to help.

La glissade de la piscine n'est ouverte que lorsqu'un sauveteur est présent ce qui est très sécuritaire mais lorsque votre séjour se déroule et aucun sauveteur cela a déçu les enfants qui avaient choisi cet hôtel pour cette raison. Les arcades sont désuètes.

Clean room and facility. Very busy, especially on a weekend. Pool facilities lovely. Great place for families.

C'était un bel endroit. Je ne sais pas pourquoi, mais ça sentait le gaz le lendemain matin. C'était désagréable un peu.

Clean room, quiet and well trained staff. We didn't do much at the hotel but the pool looked very cool with the slide. Friends highly recommended the restaurant, unfortunately we didn't go. Thank you for everything !

We love the pool. Best place to stay after a long drive, because we can move our bodies around and swim! I also really like the historical photos of Riviére-du-loup on the hallways - they inspired me to visit the chutes, which was a pretty cool park.

If you are 190 lbs or more do Not stay there. When you sit to use the toilet you are touching both sides and the toilet seat is made for a baby. I am not exaggerating .

Bed mattress is very uncomfortable. Bathroom outdated. The rest of the room is fine. No VIP recognition or perk other that $10 off spa services. Charged $35 for dog. This could have easily been offered as VIP benefit.
