The place is an older resort- but I wouldn’t call it a real resort. The air conditioner in 1 room completely quit working- the rest was slightly cool- no broom to sweep floor. Staff at front desk at night was extremely rude- the ones during the day did not even know if maintenance was available-until we had to say we needed a refund then. I was very displeased and will not return. But a nice man did come for the A/C and was very nice.

Property was very convenient to Main street where there was a lot to do.

The property itself is very old and appears to have seen years of maintenance complete with poorly painted drywall in bathrooms. The shower had very little water pressure. The forced sales talk just to get a parking pass was annoying. We arrived our first night after given the key to find our unit was unlocked with the door slightly open. The ac in one bedroom was very poor and required the door to be left open to get air from the living room ac. The location was great and walking distance to several shops and restaurants.

The room photos do not do it justice. Stayed in a 2 bedroom with my family. Perfect size. Property was quiet. Everything you need for a stay. Pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, mini golf, restaurant, games, activities and great view. Close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Also had enough parking. Will book this property again.

This studio "sparkled." I wish we could have stayed longer. Beautiful oceanview right from the comfortable bed. Plenty of fresh, new towels. Very freindly, helpful front desk personnel.

The room was fantastic. The only issue I had was getting in and out of the beds (I have leg trouble and had to use a step stool to get in the bed.

Place is alright at best very outdated throughout the rooms, everything needs to be updated and kitchens are in dire need. All of our kitchen items weren't even cleaned prior to check in sad. I wouldn't stay here again

Checked in. 1 hour later pool of water at our door on 2nd floor. Staff remediated quickly. Pool was clean. Foot washer at beach was broken - fixed within 12 hours - well done. Toilet ran - flopper was broken in the tank. Coffee machine in lobby was malfunctioning. Not fixed in the time we were there. No balcony despite being advertised - if you call a 16 inch wide balcony a "balcony".

Property was well kept, nice amenities, room has about everything you need. Was notified days before arrival we had to switch rooms for the second day, due to the property being a Time Share. It was minor a inconvenience looking back on the experience, but should be stated on every website before booking. Overall the staff was helpful, truly overworked, will stay there again.

The hotel was great staff was great .But we found hair on our sheets, and after we switched the sheets to the second pair we also found hair on them. The mattress pad also had a old pee spot on it and the bed was not comfortable.
