One of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a five star hotel. We travel all over the world, and this was a great property, great location, great staff. Special shoutout to Ms Joyce at the front reception. She could not have done a better job. - we felt so welcomed by her. Thank you Joyce.

Great hotel and location

We went to the Rogers Centre for 3 baseball games, so the location was perfect. The hotel staff was friendly and professional at a level we do not often see in the U. S. It reminded me of the way travel used to be. American service industry people could learn a lot here.
