There were activities for all ages. No, our room did not overkook the beach. It overlooked the pool and that is not what was requested.

I was not happy at all

It’s a nice hotel overall. There is nice kids club and the hotel provides babysitting for 15 Euros per hour per kid, but they only accept Euros in cash. I had to go to town and find an ATM that has Euros. It turned into a pain in the neck. If you like alcohol they only offer mediocre house wine and very limited cheap spirits. There is nothing special about the food in the all-you-can eat restaurant. Food in the ala carte restaurants are good. Considering how expensive the hotel is, I won’t go there again.

Good resort and friendly staff . At the dining we had Farhad looking after us with excellent service.

We had an amazing 3 day stay at Paloma Pasha. They upgraded our stay to a full suite with a massive patio, sea views and personal Turkish Bath and Hot tub. The food was great with many options. The all inclusive plan included all drinks as well. A perfect vacation from a month of touring the Mid East. Thank you Paloma Pasha for such an incredible experience.

We decided to book Paloma Pasha on the reviews we read recently. The hotel was so much better than we all expected, from the moment we arrived everyone made us very welcome. We booked a swim up room, although the water was cold, we did try, perhaps a thought for the future, it may need to be heated in the early season. We tried the a la carte restaurants and both were lovely, our favourite was Wabi Sabi, but Quentine has a lovely setting overlooking the sea. Special thanks to Kadir at Guest Relations who was so thoughtful and kind. He is a asset to this hotel. We hope to come back soon and relive the good times we had there.

Great place hotel and staff

We've stayed in a terrace suit; the room, the facilities, food, kindness of the staff was amazing. I certainly recommend this experience. Special thanks to Mrs. Seçil and Ms. Ceren on front desk for their continous support and kindness.

Me and my parents stayed here 3 nights and honestly everything was great except their food which I’m shocked nobody else mentioned it in their reviews. Food was tasteless, either no salt or too salty. Not much variety.. But the beach is very nice and the hotel is pretty quiet so overall it was a good experience.

The cleanliness was of good standard and the rooms were lovely. Some of the staff appeared to be reluctant to approach or serve you. Overall, I I had a good experience but communications in English can also be improved.

We have just returned from a 2 week break at Paloma Pasha. Firstly I have to say how wonderful the waiters, restaurant managers, bar staff and cleaners are, they work a very hard job and always were so polite and accommodating. Pool and Sea was well life guarded and safe. Now the serious part, our daughter was served raw chicken not once but 3 times during our stay. The first time we reported it to the restaurant manager and guest relations manager, we felt this was taken very seriously and we put it down to error. The second time, my daughter reported to the Guest Relations Manager and she asked that the General Manager contact her to discuss this further as was not acceptable, she was met with a reply of 'Her chicken was ok when she ate it at lunchtime" and nothing further more was done, no general manager contacted us at all. The third time was the last day and I took a piece of chicken that has just been put on the buffet straight from the grill and it was raw again, I gave it straight back to the chef! This could be very serious especially for a young child or elderly person. The food was rarely hot and overall the worst food that we have ever eaten on holiday. I think the Tripe Soup tipped it over the edge! Food felt really low end budget and we wonder if it was because the Lire was very poor. Quite a few trip hazards around the pool decking area, the amenities for the animation team are very sub standard with a dart board and a left handed archery bow.

Excellent accommodations, extremely friendly staff. Osman and Hassan Mobarak are the best in the restaurant. They were very friendly and nice. they are truly an asset. Beser from the room service was also extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was really good and the facility is a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation. We went there twice this year and planning to go back in the future.
