Attentive staff and clean facilities. I’d definitely recommend and if I’m ever back in Obernai, I’d choose them again.

Very helpful staff, great breakfast, wonderful location in the city center. Stylish accommodation, double-paned windows ensured a quiet night, good air conditioning.

What a place , right in the heart of the town , our room had the sauna and terrace and was brilliant all round - go to the sister hotel Columbia to get the keys for pavilion though . No complaints at all

great location and a large comfortable room

Standard 4* hotel - clean, super friendly staff and reasonably quiet despite being in the middle of the town. Biggest drawback is lack of on-site parking which other reviewers have also referred to. We were actually moved to the Colombier - the sister hotel accros the road and the team and staff did their best to make the small room as comfortable as possible for the three of us. A pleasant stay , which would have been even more amazing if there was an on-site restaurant. Nice fitness area and sauna.

The check in was at the Columbier hotel which we learned after ringing the bell in front of the gate. I was disappointed that we did not have on site parking as it had all been booked in advance. We were unaware of the need to do so. But we used the free Remparts parking until we left for dinner. When we returned we parked in the lot next to the Columbier. The receptionist offered to carry the bag up to the 2nd floor but we did it ourselves. The queen size bed was firm but comfortable and the AC was excellent.

Great experience. Very clean and modern room. Left by mistake a package of food products from our travels in the room fridge. They called the same day of our leaving and offered to send the package to our home by post. Very kind and helpful staff.

Modern room in good condition and clean. However our room was ground floor and directly on the road - not ideal for us & couldn’t change room as hotel full. The rooms do not have their own reception it is provided by a nearby hotel. Otherwise good value & well situated.

Le Pavillon 7 has a very central location, room was spacious, huge modern bathroom, very clean, excellent bed and bedding. Check in and check out was very fast. Staff is very nice and helpful, thank you!

The hotel is small and very well kept, the location is awesome. Rooms are very clean, the employees are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are air conditioned. Only minus: Bathrooms don't have a "real" shower but some combination of a bathtub and hand-held shower head - that was something to get used to. Otherwise: Great place to stay!

Well appointed rooms in a very modern style situated in centre of village. Quiet, large suites with lovely bathrooms. Underground secure parking available at extra cost.

A nice hotel with large room. It is clean, modern, with a mini-bar and Internet. It deserves easily four stars. But two things we did not like : First of all, a bathroom without a hook to attach the shower head... Not very convenient to enjoy your shower. Second, a permanent buzz coming from the electricity box.... Really enjoying at night when it is time to sleep well...

Chambre impeccable, spacieuse avec un grand lit bien agréable. Chambre idéalement placé dans Obernai à 2 min du centre ville. Petit point d'amélioration : la sonnette qui s'enclenche à l'ouverture de la porte de l'immeuble donnant accès aux chambres nous est apparue assez bruyante et potentielle source de gène pour les appartements du rez de chaussée et du 1er étage. Logés au 2ème, nous n'avons pas été gênés. Merci pour l'accueil et bonne saison. Jérôme BLANC

Salle de sport bien équipée

Das Zimmer war grosszügig, ruhig gelegen und sauber. Frühstück hat super geschmeckt. Es war leider etwas störend, dass im Elektro Schrank immer etwas geknackt hat
