The hotel staff was really accommodating for my friends and I as I celebrate my birthday in Santiago. Ana was so helpful with the arrival and departure. The room was nice, and my friends enjoyed their stay. The rooms are not soundproof as listed online, but I was able to get a good night rest everynight. This hotel is in the metro area, so everything you need is nearby! I would stay here again!

Our stay at the Orly was great. All the people were so helpful, kind and accommodating. The unit was clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for exploring by foot or transit. Would stay here again and highly recommend the Orly.

Nice property, helpful staff, good location in Providencia. Only negative is that there is significant noise from a nearby bar neighborhood, but w some earplugs you will be just fine.

The apartment was as per the photos, very nicely located, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. All good, would recommend and stay here again Not sure why the bathroom needs to be quite so small though

This property converted from a hotel to suites. They are clean, comfortable in an area surrounded by good restaurants. Staff are very helpful.

We loved our stay at Orly suites. The people are simply wonderful and so helpful. We got there very early in the morning and they did everything everything they could to get our room ready early. The room itself was lovely and had everything we needed. Highly recommend. Walkable to most things.

Very friendly and helpful management. Very clean. Plenty of bars and restaurants and shops around. Very central to many of the tourist attractions. Very short distance to the subway which is very easy and cheap to use

I initially booked this property for a few days to be in the wonderful, cosmopolitan, safe Providencia neighborhood. I am an American from NYC and working remotely seeing nature areas of Chile on weekends when I am off (Atacama, Valle del Equi, Valparaiso, etc.). Anita and the staff were beyond friendly and allowed me to store extra bags and packages while I checked out during weekends to go else where and would have my bags back in the room when I returned. The apartment had a nice living area space and separate bedroom that made me feel comfortable for working remote (hotel rooms often can feel transient for longer stays). Anita is a sweetheart and the best host & operator!

Os funcionários do hotel são super simpáticos e atenciosos. Nos deram dicas de compras, aluguel de roupa de neve e restaurantes. Até me emprestaram uma agulha p abrir o meu celular. O quarto era muito confortável e limpo. Como é um apart hotel não tem limpeza diariamente mas se precisar de qualquer coisa p limpeza que não tenha no apartamento eles fornecem. A localização era ótima, dava p ir a pé p o costanera e a estação do metrô estava a duas quadras. Adorei e iria novamente.

Antes era hotel. Ahora funciona solo como apart hotel, de modo que tiene todas las instalaciones antiguas, pero muy modernizadas. Excelente lugar.
