Make me not interested anymore to stay to this hotel again.

khi nhận phòng nhân viên không thông báo giờ ăn sáng. Nên khi 9h15' sáng xuống để ăn sáng thì báo là bữa ăn sáng đã kết thúc lúc 9h.

Vị trí đẹp, sạch sẽ. Công tắc đèn trong phòng rất khó tìm và không nằm gần cửa ra vào nên hơi bất tiện

The service attitude of the staff does not respect Vietnamese guests

For business, this hotel is a good place to stay in Hanoi for an early morning trip but they need to add sofa at the lobby. It’s tiring to stand while waiting.

bad pillows, not suitable for guests alone 😔
