Good location, comfortable apartment and helpful staff. It was strange and unhelpful that there were no instructions as to how to work the oven - it took staff time to work it out themselves.

Easy to find from the airport. Staff really helpful. Apartment was on ground floor near pool, so great access to pool area. The room was very clean and had everything needed for a few days near camps bay. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels so all in all very impressive - and great secure parking.

Location, view and actual apartment was good - poor communication on booking (booked an airport transfer and no one turned up) - facilities also poor within complex - lift wasn’t working for the week we were there and had to carry luggage up and down 3 floors - and air conditioner didn’t work in bedroom - reported it to reception and they said they would fix, however, at no time during the week did anyone look at it

The apartment was spacious and had a fridge ,freezer ,washing machine etc which was great . Lovely views . Attention to detail lacking however . Having to ask for a plug to have a bath is not acceptable . A broken fan isn’t either . A shame as it would put me off returning.

The property looks exactly like the pictures. No surprises. The room was in great condition and clean. The view was amazing from our room and from the pool area. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Bradley checked us in and out promptly he was very helpful with helping us book day trips and activities and finding places to eat. Housekeeping cleaned tidied the room daily. I would recommend and book again in the future

Perfectly located, awesome view. Excellent value for money, and service was perfect. Great team of staff helping us in. Very private experience. Once checked in, you have you own little home in cape town, for the duration of your stay. Hard to ask for anything more! Will definitely visit them again, and recommend to all my network! Thak you

Great stay at The Crystal Apartments. The room was huge and immaculately clean. It is suitable for those that want to self cater. The facilities were very good and had no issues, check in was easy and quick. The location is very safe and picturesque, however we would have liked to have been slightly closer to Camps Bay, but not an issue if you use Uber. We would return again.

This unfortunate and disappointing experience comes from what could be a fantastic location for a luxury apartment. We had flown from the UK with a 1year old baby. In summary the following aspects were completely substandard: 1) geezer was broken and therefore no hot water for two days 2) when asked how to restore hot water we were told incorrect information (to do with a circuit switch) and no assistance 3) we were told to wash our baby in our bucket with hot water from a kettle 4) we were then transferred to another apartment with bedding that had another person’s blood on them 5) we were charged to twice for the room 6) I am still waiting for a refund on my card 7) I am unable to contact anyone at all to chase this refund despite trying all contact numbers. Think carefully before staying here (unless you like poor service, cold water, blood on your sheets and no communication).

Do not stay here!!! This property was dirty with tons of hair all over the bathroom floor. The hotel promised light cleaning through out our stay but the maid never came once during our stay. Because the Hotel didnt have the cleaning service that was promised, we had to request clean towel everyday. The washing machine had a horrible mold smell coming from it too so we couldn't ever us it and had to travel with dirty cloths. There are sooo many other options to stay at in Camps Bay for the price so I would suggest you keep looking.
