The hotel was in a good location as expected but there were few things that could have been better. The choice of breakfast was limited especially for the kids. There was only one choice of cereal and croissants. From the hot breakfast it was only scrambled eggs, disappointing especially that I love hot breakfast. Also the sauna was switching off all the time as well as the steam room.The staff were nice but I do think that they had limited offers to guests. The cleaning could have been much better. A lot of webs as well as dead flies. Outdoor tenis court wasn’t ready to use. We enjoyed the nice beds and spacious rooms situated in the quiet area of Meaux, but as I’ve mentioned before everything was limited.I would go back if they fix those details.

Too far from Paris. Was charged for breakfast. Then there was that surprise at the end about paying $100 in taxes I knew nothing about. Nobody spoke English and cheap tickets advertise they speak English. Also the pool was locked and we could not use it.

To far from everything there is no any restaurant close and more important no security you need taxi for any where Very disappointed the girls name stafeny was very nice and her father is taxi driver she was very helpful to us to call her father to come to go get some food and ride to airport

This beautiful chateau makes you feel like you are staying in the remote French countryside, and yet you are only 30 minutes from the heart of Paris. It is a gorgeous facility, with lots of modern amenities, but alas — no air conditioning. The lovely receptionist gave us two fans for our room, which helped. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely friendly welcome. Swimming pool looked lovely, ping pong table in the garden. We were very unlucky and had a dog in the room next to us which barked until it’s owners returned at around 10pm - not the hotels fault. The room itself was a little dated, but big and clean. Could have used a kettle and some complimentary water. There was a good selection at breakfast although the hot food was cold and the juices were not replaced when they ran out.

Receptionist/Manager at check was fantastic. Main entrance was lovely. Room ok. Could have done with a proper clean e.g. corners were a bit dusty and bathroom tiles weren't spotless but bed good and very clean. Room in good condition. Didn't venture out to local area so can't comment. Reception emailed us to ask if we wanted dinner which was a nice touch.

Hotel location is ok if you going to Disney . Hotel have no air condition ! Lot of bugs on carpet ' When we came back from Disney 1030 it's was no Electricity!! Phone didn't work . No one was on receipt to give us info we stay without light can't charge phones and nobody to explain us . In the morning electricity came back .manger of hotel told us sorry . But we had bed wether so every one left hotel at 6. We came to hotel after Disney with 7 years old completely dark no one left us any massage about the situation ! LAST TIME @ THIS HOTEL !

Set in extensive, well-tended grounds, this isolated, modernised mansion house with a luxurious restaurant and pool is simply delightful. Reception is not always staffed and a message is displayed inviting guests to phone one of a series of numbers. But it was only a moment later that the receptionist arrived, politely welcomed us and, with obvious pride, showed us around the chic modern restaurant, the swimming pool and the palatial lounge areas, before escorting us to the lift and our spacious room with charming countryside views. White towelling bath-robes and individual pantoufles are provided for each guest so that you may make your way comfortably and decorously to the heated swimming pool available any hour of the day or night. Classy!

The hotel is a bit out of the way, but that small inconvenience pays. The picturesque quality of the chateau is a direct result of how well the property is maintained. Very peaceful. We arrived late in the evening so reception was closed, but they were kind enough to leave us a note and directions to our room.

Shateu de Sancy was is very beatiful place and the people there were great.

Séjour bien , prix un peu excessif pour le bâtiment et les étoiles et pour la chambre . Chambre avec des toiles d’araignées dans les toilette et pas mal humidité au fenêtre. Un petit plus un peignoir pour chaque personne dans la salle de bain au top. La personne à l’accueil vraiment très bien et très gentil et franchement très professionnel. Le bâtiment et l’hôtel est ancien.

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans cet établissement, sur photo tout paraissait idyllique. A l'arrivée, nous avons été surpris, l'hôtel paraissait non entretenu de l'extérieur, ensuite on nous explique que l'espace piscine, sauna ...est fermé...grosse déception nous l'avions choisi pour ces équipements. Au final, je retiens un très bon accueil, une chambre et les espaces intérieurs conformes aux photos. Nous étions 3, nous avions la suite junior très spacieuse, nous avons très bien dormi, la literie est bonne et l'atmosphère très calme. L'hôtel est situé à 15-20min de Disney, du centre commercial Val d'Europe et du Centers parcs ( où vous pouvez passer quelques heures pour vous baigner 😉). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, merci pour l'accueil !!!

très bel emplacement, agréable et au calme mais l'ensemble laisse une impression d'abandon : pelouses non tondues, jardin pas entretenu, huisseries écaillées, plantes envahissant l'espace piscine... Dommage. Une reprise en main de la gérance semble nécessaire pour lui redonner le lustre qu'il mérite

Tout très bien ! Sauf, la demande de carte d'identité ?? Et surtout le chien pendant tout le petit déjeuner ?? La déco est un peu triste
