This hotel was a disappointment. It is old, requires maintenance and painting, and has stained carpeting in the halls. The staff was unhelpful, and did not seem to care about their guests.the good news was that the rooms were clean.

The plants in the middle of the hotel with running water

Staff was nice, but the hotel is neglected. Hot tubs have not worked for a very long time, and are not scheduled to be fixed or open anytime soon. Hotel has potential to be brought back to former glory, but apparently ownership doesn’t share that idea unfortunately.

The staff was very good. I realize that it is an older motel however there needs to be an elevator to the second floor.One desk clerk offered to bring up bags, but he was alone and I was not comfortable leaving my suitcases on a trolley in the lobby. Otherwise the stay was very good.

I'm disappointed with the cleanliness. The tub is filthy. The dining area doesn’t even have a sink to was hands.

Great place to stay, very clean room even though the hotel is older, comfy bed, check in fast, good size room. Only complaint the bathroom fan needs replacing, it’s very noisy, annoying.

I was not impressed by the room it was so lacking in repairs And paint splattered everywhere,really a sad room

The checking took 20 minutes for someone to help us check in but they were great after that. The breakfast was not great at alll only toast juice and cereal . But it was quiet and checkout was great .

Pool was good. No hot tub. Had to ask desk staff to talk to an older gentleman who was sitting in the door of his hotel room watching teen girls swim.

The centre with plants n streams was relaxing and beautiful never seen a hotel like this

The place has greatly deteriorated since our last stay. The amenities at the properties are much decreased. The front desk is frequently unmanned. Their procedures with checking in are unusual and time consuming. We wont be returning. At the price we were charged, there are many other places we could stay at that are nicer.

Not the cleanest in the bathroom

Pool had no filtration and was disgustingly dirty. Advertised a hot tub that doesn’t exist. Sauna is run down and only works occasionally. Toilets barely flush. Room key stopped working after first night had to get it reprogrammed for the following night. no microwave in the room.

Liked: very pretty with exotic plants and bridges. Disliked: restaurant dinner was really good but was not told that the rice and garlic bread was extra.
