Fantastic location. Super friendly and helpful office staff. Economical. Fairly quiet street but central to all sites and plaza mayor

I appreciated the owner who attended the front desk. Very helpful. Room is very clean as is the bathroom. The location of the property is excellent to walk to different attractions in the city.

Good place for a short stay, noisy as expected I downtown

Please note that this is room rental as the name implies; however, the place is very clean and the location is right in the middle of the city center. Plenty of great restaurants and shopping. The Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Prado Museum, El Retiro Park, Via Grande are all walking distance from Luz Madrid Rooms.

Small room but clean , comfortable, close to La Gran Via with restaurants and stores.

We feel that the description of the room as a superior double was misleading, the decoration and furniture was shabby and beds were 2 singles. Staff we met only spoke Spanish, not English as advertised. At the time of our visit air conditioning was not available even though temperatures were mid to high 20's. Location was really good, close to Metro, walking distance to Gran Via, Sol and Plaza Mayor.

Location was excellent. It was in the middle of old town and close to everything.

Good location. The owner is kind . U can go walking to many historic sites. The air-conditioned was off cause it was like 68 degrees. The smell of cigarette terrible. I still has asma. It should be no smoking rooms

Great location! We could walk to most of the attractions and plenty of restaurants in the area. Room was very small but clean.

The property is a charming hostel smack in the middle of fine restaurants, shopping, and very much walkable to anything you desire. The owner Margarita is very helpful in her knowledge of the area. Rooms were impeccably clean. I would definitely go back!!

This was a wonderful, reasonably-priced hotel in an excellent location. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

If You look for a location and price.this is perfect spot..but this hotel is outdated.cracks on walls.A/C unit does not work Access card does not worked.we had to uldate card every day((3 night stay)and still did not work.hotel is managed by older ladies-dont speak any language other than Spanish. That’s my honest opinion

Excellent staff, very friendly and service

It was to loud hard to sleep dated but close to everything. The room smelled like smoke. Staf was excellent very helpful and friendly
