The food at the restaurant was terrible. I ordered a bottle of wine and they sent another that was 3 times the price without telling me. They threw us out because they said they had to set up for breakfast while they had other tables still sitting. We were still drinking our wine. The only person that was nice at this place was the person at reception.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Rude unhelpful staff. “S.P.A.” hotel yet you have to pay 35€ per person to use the pool. There is a kitchenette in your room but you’re not allowed to use it. There aren’t even glasses to drink out of. Our balcony was completely flooded we reported it on day one and no one came to fix it. There is a kids club but they just put on movies and feed the kids cake. Would not recommend at all

Location to the slopes is great. Sadly the snow was lacking and by 2 o’clock the bottom slopes were slush and unskiable, however, this wasn’t the hotels fault and more global warming and the lack of snow throughout March. The Spa in the hotel I believe is worth it (20€) and you get 3 hours to chill out. The food was good although, a little pricey, 77€ for a starter and 2 mains washed down by a house glass of white and 1 local beer is a little steep. The staff spoke English and they had a Land Rover shuttle service to the slopes which was nice. It is a ski in and ski out hotel, but no snow made that impossible. Myself and the girlfriend will 100% be going back...though maybe a little earlier in the ski season.

Extremely comfortable and well maintained hotel. The ski lift is 2 mins walk away and the spa is super relaxing at the end of the day.

Loved the hotel. Really good location, service and facilities. Breakfast was great, only ate in the hotel on one evening, food was good. Spa was good, but quite small and quite a few kids in there. Only negatives were the beds (twin) were tiny and the room was really hot and hard to adjust temperature. However, would still stay there again. We queried the bed size and were told that the double beds were doubles (not king or superking).

The room and service at this hotel was disappointing and over priced compared to the first time we visited the place. Prices have gone up but service and value for money down.

This was our 2nd stay at the hotel. We love it. Staff are great, as is the restaurant, bar, rooms, etc. The rooms can get too hot, but when it snowing outside, I guess they want to make sure the guests are snug. The only issue we have with the hotel is having to pay €25 5o use the swimming pool and sauna, etc. Overall a fab hotel - we will be returning for a 3rd year next year.

Camera ampia e pulita, con una cabina armadio che ci ha fatto molto comodo per parcheggiare anche il passeggino della bimba. 2 porte-finestre grandi che davano su una piccola area esterna arredata privata (non utilizzata per via delle temperature sotto zero) e con vista sul bosco della montagna. Personale tutto molto cordiale, dalla reception, alle pulizie, al ristorante e bar. Menù colazione con l’imbarazzo della scelta, non da meno per pranzo e cena. L’unica piccola critica va per la cipolla della doccia, la quale funzionava parzialmente. Molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno, apriamo di tornare presto!

Camera da rinnovare (doccia perde acqua e allaga il bagno, televisione rotta, mancanza bicchieri frigobar, no set cortesia bagno). Da una Prestige da 300€ a notte mi aspettavo di meglio. Moquette corridoio al piano della camera completamente macchiata a chiazze

SPA bellissima in alta quota con un panorama unico, consigliatissima

Siamo stati una sola notte l’albergo è molto bello e la camera spaziosa e comoda e molto ben arredata, molto bella anche la SPA unico punto negativo e’ stato il ristorante con una cena con porzioni minuscole e molto care. Consiglio molto l’albergo ma la cena è meglio farla fuori.

L'albergo è molto bello. La nostra camera ampia, letti comodi e vista sulle montagne. Colazione squisitaUnica pecca la wifi non prende ovunque

Struttura curatissima, massima professionalità dello staff e camere molto accoglienti. Una nota particolarmente positiva alla colazione a buffet, dove si possono trovare prelibatezze di ogni genere, anche prodotte in zona.

Simplesmente espetacular! Recomendo!
