Excellent as always

Rooms fabulous especially the ones with balconies as are all the double rooms. Menu is fantastic, great choice of beer too. Staff are always so helpful and hospitable. Having stayed hereon and off for over 6 years, i highly recommend.

It’s cheap, clean, quiet and comfy. Needs a lock of paint and updating but the staff are all super friendly.

Parking was excellent, secure and under cover. Rooms a bit tired but clean and warm. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff were lovely, free parking albeit first come furst served. Comfy bed clean room and loved the fact there was good quality decaf tea/coffee and plant based milk. Something i rarely find available.

Was good value for money, right in the centre of town. It was really busy though. Breakfast was decent. Really loved Frome!

The room was perfect—clean and cozy. It took me a little while to find my way from the lobby to the room, but after the second time it was easy. Very nice hotel; I would definitely stay again.

Room needs a little TLC but it was warm and cosy in a historic building right in the middle of the high street. Breakfast is really good.

Room very nice although multiple stair cases to get there. I liked the secure car parking but would be tricky if you had a big car. And I expect it gets full quite quickly. The bar and restaurant fairly noisy but guess that's expected in a town centre pub.

Staff were excellent. Room clean and comfortable, lots of attention to detail with nice toiletries and tea tray. Breakfast was very good and the evening meal of belly pork was delicious. We were at the front of hotel on a noisy street, lots of drinkers outside the pubs and a costa shop delivery lorry banging every night around midnight -1am. no heating or hotwater on last morning. Some doorways are low and husband cut his head.

Friendly staff, ready checkin, well located, great breakfast.

There is a crack in the bathroom towards the window and the paints are peeling off.
