The hotel is in central Millau the staff are really helpful. Once you park in the nearby carpark you can easily explore the town. The room has it all great shower. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and a focus on local products.

Everything about the hotel was fine apart from having a ten minute walk to the car park and escalator or lift to get to your car. Absolutely no good for the elderly or disabled

Very good hotel, central.

When we arrived at the hotel on our motorcycles , we was greeted by a very rude blond haired lady who insisted 3 of the bikes move , there was plenty of room for everyone to park ,but she insisted they move , my friend is recovering from cancer and had to carry his luggage along way . The rest of the staff was fantastic , and the hotel was great , it was a real shame she had such a bad attitude.

The receptionists were all very friendly and helpful with dining recommendations - but I want to particularly thank the lady behind the desk on the night we arrived. I didn't catch her name, but she was friendly, helpful with dining recommendations and kind enough to store some things of ours in the hotel fridge when we realized there was no fridge in the room. A really pleasant stay in a fascinating little town. No lift to the rooms, so folks with difficulties with stairs may have issues.

Very good hotel right in the middle of the town close to restaurants and bars. Reception staff very friendly and moved us to a ground floor room to help us with our dog. Good experience.

One thing I 'd impove is the smell of the room - it was bad in the room and the bathroom. And arpeting has seen better days. Otherwise it was ok, compact and bed was comfortable.. ty

I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Service was above normal and it is in the centre of town.
