Staff was great, breakfast amazing, swimming pool and jaccuzzi great as well. And the room, clean, comfortable and very spacious. We stayed there while visiting Canada's Wonderland and I will definitely come back if I visit again the park. Hotel is easily walkable from the subway line 1 yellow (15 minutes walk) direct to downtown Toronto and from the 320 bus stpp to Wonderland (10 minutes walk).

Staff were nice, they are doing Reno’s. Gym was closed. The rooms, were gross, lamp in bedroom heavily stained, shower head was cracked and broken, there was a pile or sand in the corner of the room.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with a great variety. Rooms, pool area and gym were all clean. It's close to shopping and Canada's Wonderland. Free parking. AC kept the rooms nice and cool. We would recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Room was great and service was very helpful. Although there was construction for the gym and other areas, it did not interfere with our stay. Pool was clean and they are kind to pet owners. Would highly recommend for a family getaway. The kitchenette was perfect and a Walmart within walking distance.

The sofa bed was not comfortable. It would have been better had we put the mattress in the floor. And we asked for extra pillows and they smelled so much like cigarette that we had to put them in the hallway. But other wise the facilities are really nice, clean and big shower, the kitchenette is great and the staff was very helpful ! I would definitely go back.

It was so nice to have a complementary dinner on the Wednesday night, the restaurant manager was so friendly and customer service was amazing. The room was so clean and updated, the pool was great and the spa so nice. Only downside the pool deck is alittle slippery. We had an amazing stay and I would highly recommend them

Great spot! Close to the 400 and to Winderland. Having breakfast included was a win! Also the fitness room was decent and pool was warm and hot tub was also great!

Wonderful stay! Great amenities from the pool hot tub and breakfast. Concierge also found me directions to a currency exchange. Everyone was so nice

The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Our room was equipped with stove, fridge, microwave & dishwasher. Walmart right next door so very convenient. There was some construction outside and also on one of the floors in hotel but didn’t directly affect us. We were 15min drive from Vaughan mall & Wonderland so again that was awesome. Oh and the free breakfast was delicious with sooo much variety. Pool area was always clean. Free parking. Staff everywhere were helpful and professional. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing

Comfiest pull/out couch we’ve had at a hotel. We stayed in a renovated room. The room was well designed. The carpet wasn’t tight and could be a fall hazard. A couple of extras in the kitchen would have made it better like: a mixing bowl, cloth, and dish soap. Good distance to Canada’s wonderland. The hot breakfast was great and varied (different both days for options).

Excellent location and close drive to subway to get downtown

We booked this hotel for a one night stay to go to the Stray Kids concert. Upon arrival I was told I booked a smoking room which I didn’t realize, but figured it would be ok since people haven’t been allowed to smoke indoors in forever. I was a little concerned when I was told they could spray the room if it was too bad and that the room was due for a renovation. When we walked in my daughters and I could barely stand the stench. Even worse was the condition of the room. It was dirty and the furnishings had tears, stains and chunks missing. The sheets on the bed were still damp and smelled of mildew. They were fully booked otherwise I would have demanded another room. Good thing we spent most of the night outside. Considering the conditions I feel I should not have been charged the full amount. With taxes this room cost $450 for one night which is ridiculous. If there was an option to include I would. That being said the included breakfast was quite good. Lobby was updated so I guess it was just our luck with this horrible room. If I could include pictures I would.

Bathroom had hair in the tub and the room was had dust everywhere. There were bugs on the bathroom floor.

unfortunately the sofa bed was not made up as we expect and experience in other chains. The room had insects in the bathroom running around the floor and hair all over the floor. Windows were filthy and the plugs did not work. We asked for a smoke free room but the lamp shades reeked of smoke. I expect better for a 400+ room

Great hotel and area. Could have better blackout blinds in the room if I’m being picky.
