Un hotel con una gran ubicación cerca de todo, es muy lindo, las habitaciones son muy amplias más de los que imaginaba, el desayuno me encantó y el rooftop tiene una vista impresionante, además me encantó que todas las tardes venían a mi habitación ofreciéndome una bebida con licor gratis y eso me sorprendió mucho. El servicio es excelente y todo el personal es muy amable definitivamente volveré.

The moment I arrived I was offered complimentary drink that didn’t end up being complimentary. The rooftop pool area showed closed and when there was an event the didn’t want the guest to be there. They was very rude and said we can only sit in the 1 level, we sat down ordered food, then they came back and said we couldn’t sit where we was sitting. It felt like I was being watched and harassed. The staff truly made the experience unwelcoming with bad customer service. Great location but unwelcoming.

had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The reception staff was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful from the moment I arrived. Customer service was practically nonexistent, and every simple request felt like a problem for them. The room itself was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly before check-in. The bathroom was not maintained well, and the overall condition of the hotel did not match the expectations or the price paid. On top of that, the hotel seems to charge extra fees for everything, which made the entire stay stressful instead of enjoyable. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, professionalism, or decent hospitality.

Great room, clean and awesome staff

Very bad experience

Reception staff treats guests terribly. Not the whole team, but a couple of people there have absolutely no idea how to work with customers — and this is in a hotel that claims to be 5-star.

The location of this hotel is supposed to be convenient to the entertainment district. I would not stay there again just based on that because as a 5 star hotel I was expecting more. At all times and especially at night, there is a heavy presence of police, this is because there are so many men traveling and bringing in prostitutes into the hotel. I felt terribly uncomfortable due to this situation. The staff was helpful and really not at fault but I wish I would have known better, literally you could not walk out the front door without experiencing some shady business. The lighting inside the room was very poor, the ac was not working properly on the first night, the food was ok but not to 5 star standard. An honest review is needed and if you don’t want to experience what I did, stay in the financial district or Envigado it is much better especially for couples.

I enjoyed my stay at The Charlee Hotel in Medellín. The staff was excellent throughout the trip and always helpful. The breakfast was simple but decent and a good way to start the day. The gym equipment is a little outdated, but the area was kept very clean and well maintained by the staff. I also appreciated the guest policy because it felt safe while still being relaxed enough for my family to visit comfortably. The hotel’s location made Uber pickup and drop off very easy, and there were plenty of convenient restaurants nearby. Overall, a great experience and I would stay again.

Everything was perfect friendly staff, great amenities

We loved the rooftop pool and the breakfast a lot. Some streets nearby are closed to traffic and very well shaded with old grow trees make morning walks super fun. The hotel is very well designed, and the staff are tremendous. We’ll return, and highly recommend the Charlee.
