The room was fine, but the hotel location, art in the lobby and the staff were lovely. Parking was easy and efficient. We also charged our electric car there. So pretty smooth!

Very noisy, located in the old part of the city. Was not accessible with a car and parking was a bit of a distance away. Other than that the rooms were good and the hotel was well kept.

Fantastic location for exploring central Pamplona on foot. Easy parking and I could also charge my EV. Hotel was very comfortable and quiet despite being in the old town. Loved my stay here!

This is really one of the most lovely hotels I have stayed at! I will be back! I spent a night here on my way to Andorra and had been doing a lot of traveling around Europe. Getting to Maisonave was a God sent because this experience is what every hotel should aspire to be. It’s the simple thoughtful things that really made my stay amazing. When you have been away from home and all your creature comforts it’s nice to be somewhere where you feel a bit of homey touches. The restaurant at the hotel was also spectacular, great cappuccinos and tortes not to mention the fabulous price point.

Lovely hotel right in the heart of the old town and easy walking to all the main attractions of Pamplona. Our room was clean and comfortable and staff were pleasant helpful with a good command of English. Private hotel parking close by was a real bonus, although the underground car park was very tight on manoeuvrability - only to be expected I suppose for the location! Parking fee was reasonable. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and kitchen/waiting staff friendly. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Pamplona.

On Camino and this was our rest day. Hotel was perfect luxury treat. Great location. Manager went out of his way to find me a coffee when I was looking tired - exceptional customer service!

Best location in the city. Right in the centre of the old town. Only downside for me is the beds are a little too firm.

Exceeded the expectations. Convenient parking location.

The hotel was ok. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the bedroom sheets had stains on them. The staff was friendly and the location was excellent. They also offered parking for a fee. This is maybe a 3 star hotel due to the location and parking, but definitely not a 4 star hotel. I won’t stay here again.

The hotel itself is beautiful and well located. The staff were accommodating, kind, and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.
