Overall building was clean, spacious room, parking garage was a plus, great amenities. Location was excellent

Sheets weren’t clean, room was dusty and the shower wasn’t not cleaned after the last people who stayed there. Staff were fine.

The room was spotless, the staff was absolutely amazing!! The balcony with the view on the city is stunning! Everything was PERFECT! We'll come back for sure ! Thank you for everything!!!

Room Spotless, pool was great, great view, very close to the story bridge so traffic noise is high.

Fabulous location! Right near Story Bridge, Kangaroo Point Bridge, Dockside ferry terminal & The Story Bridge Hotel (for cheap but exceptional early-morning coffee). The apartment was clean & well-appointed with a big bathroom, washer & dryer. Large balcony too. Saw the Growler jets, Globemaster & fireworks during Riverfire from it. Best of all, the staff were efficient, helpful & friendly, especially the lovely JULIE. :)

Excellent stay in a tremendous apartment - however I cannot give 5 stars as it doesn’t sit right that you are penalised with a charge in order to have a cot in your room. Families should be welcomed as opposed to charged extra money. Otherwise, great stay.

The Docks on Goodwin was fantastic. The apartment was huge, with everything g you could possibly need - washer, dryer etc. The location is excellent, easy and picturesque walk over the Kangaroo Point bridge into the CBD, easy walk ability to Southbank, the Gabba, and a range of tourist spots. 30ms from the Story Bridge Hotel, which is a great place for a meal,a drink or a cheeky bet! I will definitely stay here again when I return to Brisbane!

We felt the condition of the apartment provided was quite different to the one advertised. We also reached out to the receptionist via messenger to ask for our microwave to be fixed and reviewed no response until we chased a second time almost 48 hours later in person. The location of the property and pool access was great however.

Accommodation was clean and tidy. Location was lovely. Property amenities were great
