Great rooms, outstanding service

This hotel resort was amazing I would bring my family here again .

Our room was a bit warm down, it had mild, stained curtains and the facilities were a bit out dated. However the room size was amazing and the view was spectacular. A little TLC and I wouldn’t be able to afford it for my family. Over all we had a great stay.

I stayed in room 1704 and it was by far one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was spacious but outdated and in need of a serious renovation. The room and hotel as a whole had an old mildew smell which required me to purchase air fresheners for the room. The bed was extremely hard and the pillow was flat. Cleanliness is not a priority as I was told upon checking in that they only clean the rooms on your fourth day but will replace the towels daily. Parking was 1000 yen a day on top of having to pay 800 yen per person to use the pool. Total rip off. Hotel should be rated as 1 star. 8.0 is to high.

overall stay still consider good the hotel was old fashioned hotel with traditional water taps and quite hard to turn on and also control the shower flow able to catch nice Sat 3 mins fireworks at the beach hotel and faraway view of the annual fireworks. They served welcome soft drinks & oolong tea and supper ramen from 10pm to 11pm

Especially breakfast was really great!!!

We found the staff at the hotel, very nice and helpful. The room that we initially got was way too small and upon bring it to the staff attention, they upgraded us to bigger room, which made our stay that much more pleasurable. We would stay here again if we return to Okinawa.

Stayed here while on assignment to Kadena AB. Breakfast hours made it tough to enjoy before leaving for work most days, but it was very enjoyable when visited. Great water pressure on 18th floor, able to enjoy the nearby fireworks from the balcony, as well as sunset(s).

It is close to alot of restaurants and shopping

The pool doesn’t connect to the hotel at all they just give you a discounted ticket. Tattoos are completely not allowed and we couldn’t do any walking around with out being completely covered and it was so hot it made you not want to go. Pool was not connected to hotel so they shouldn’t advertise it as such.

The beach and amenities were fabulous. Great distance to American Village. Spacious room.

It was a 3 minute walk from AV and a beautiful beachfront

Everything is good

the place is a little dated, but the food is amazing, location, staff, view, balcony. All are great and gives you a little feel of japan instead of just the basic resort hilton

Great location- Close to beach, American village, and Eon shopping Complex. Rooms could use some updating/refurnishing- but were clean and with nice bathrooms. Excellent breakfast buffet - had amazing quality steak for breakfast!

Great place to stay, rooms spacious by Japanese standards, staff VERY accommodating. Disappointed that the beach is closed. Small foot pool just outside main lobby needs a cleaning otherwise property very clean. Right in American village so lots of options to eat, but food at hotel was also very good.
