I loved the property. My low rating was due to driving that far based off of them advertising they had an ev charger. When we arrived the ev charger didn’t work, and from what I was told never has.

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the front desk lady that checked me in was not so very nice.

I have not stayed in a Holiday Inn in quite some time, but I highly recommend. Beautiful property with comfortable beds and great breakfast included: pancakes, biscuits, bacon, hasbrowns, omelettes, fruit, yogurt, cereal and more!

Great place

We had a very great day. We were in town for a family funeral. We were greeted with Smiles and welcomes upon entering the property. We found the property to be clean. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was great. The breakfast staff kept the area clean and field once it got low up on checkout we were thanked for staying & were told to come back again

Very clean, great staff

Amanda was super friendly and helpful, unlike most of our hotel stays with many other hotel chains.

Rooms were nice and clean. Construction around and near property was awful, and we left the property early in the morning and returned after several hours and our room had not been touched so we had to sit in the lobby for a while waiting for maid service. I wasn't at all pleased with this. Also the receptionist wasn't very pleasant.

Very nice hotel.

The property looked nice and clean. The pool was a hit with the kids and the beds were comfy.

It was a great stay. The room was very clean and very nice. the only problem we had was the check-in. No one was at the desk for a while when we got there and we had to wait about 20 minutes before someone came to the desk. Other than that our stay was wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Amanda at the front desk is amazing! She made sure we had everything we needed and made our stay as comfortable as if we were at home. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The pool was clean and had a great atmosphere that was family friendly. I absolutely would recommend this hotel. The price was not outrageous either. All around i give them 5 stars!!! Thanks for making our stay so great!

Just an all around nice hotel with an exceptional staff that went out of their way to correct a mistake that wasn't even theirs. Breakfast was above average for this type hotel as well.

The property was nice for the price, only thing frustrating was a lot of road construction.

Accessibility

I love that Amanda was very accommodating, the front desk staff was amazing & nice. The one thing i didn't like was the way the shower head was set up...it was very difficult to use. I prefer the shower over a tub but they need to be moved and not set up the way it was
