Great location, family and pet friendly hotel

L’emplacement est vraiment parfait, mais l’hôtelier demande de payer la veille de l’arrivée. Or, 5 jours avant notre arrivée, ils ont annulé la réservation puisque je n’avais pas payé. Après avoir communiqué avec eux, ils m’ont dit de réserver de nouveau. C’est ce que j’ai fait et j’ai payé immédiatement. Malgré tout, ils ont annulé de nouveau. J’ai réservé encore, mais je me retrouve à être facturé pour deux nuits alors que nous en avons passé qu’une seule. Ce fonctionnement ressemble à une magouille pour que l’on paie la chambre à deux reprise. Vraiment dommage!

This was part of a longer journey through Spain and France. The hotel states it is pet friendly but it clearly is not as you are expected to leave your pet in your room if you wish to dine as they do not offer food service on the terrace or offer room service. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful and the manager no better when he arrived. Parking is restricted on height.

Great location right by the beach, but an older property which is kept clean. I Didn’t know that they allowed dogs in the rooms and someone’s dog barked during the nights of my stay.

Lovely beachfront hotel, friendly staff. Nice bar with great sea views. My room had a balcony and overlooked the sea, perfect for a chill out. Very limited parking, make sure you pre book a space if you need to park at the hotel, i was lucky as i was travelling out of season, and there was 1 space free.

Simple. Clean. Convenient.

Casablanca Playa was a fantastic hotel close to the beach and a plethora of other restaurants. Have the breakfast, it is healthy, delicious, and tasty! Don’t forget to open your sea-facing window to enjoy listening to the waves!

Great stay. Rooms are modern and clean. Location also good. Breakfast was a bit sparse but it was close to the end

Simply brilliant. Breakfast superb. Unfortunately parking was a problem.

Easy access, the room was very comfortable and all the staff were very friendly and professional. The dining menu offered a variety of items which were all prepared very well.

Not happy with the attitude of one of the senior rest. maids. Extremely noisy when clearing the tables. Kept slamming the plates & cutlery into her collection container. Obviously displaying her annoyance with either someone or something!

Lovely location. Great sea view. Spotlessly clean. Street parking for free right next to hotel so used that rather than paying the €14 per night. Staff all helpful and friendly. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Would certainly recommend.

Hotel reception staff amazing,nothing was too much trouble .room spotless,hotel a little dated but you can see where the money is being spent so well done !.breakfast not really geared up for the english but that's ok.bar staff great but again not geared up for english and snack menu has no english,but thats ok after all it is not benedorm !,Catalonia is more for other nationalities ,but thats fine.their identity and heritage are intact.! I would imagine the party type side of salou is around a mile away ,but might as well be a flight away as it is so different.I think spain is beautiful and this place is no exception,but if trying to be totally spanish is the goal then perhaps there should be some kind of booking site filter to warn or at least prepare clients for a holiday far removed from other costas

Very nice hotel in a great location and good price, I am not sure how this hotel is only 3 stars. Staff are all friendly and efficient, bed is very comfortable, view from balcony (sea view) is amazing. Breakfast is nice. Cannot fault this hotel, I would recommend!

Sits right across the beach. Clean, Spacious, Comfortable Room with a sea view balcony. Equipped with pull string alarms in bathroom and support system for seniors stay. Sumptuous breakfast and dinner buffets. Courteous staff. Easy to reach to with Plana buses from BCN and Reus airport. Will definitely return to this place.

The position of the hotel was stunning if you get a sea view. The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was good, happy they had a microwave to heat food. The balcony was very roomy and private. The bed was very comfy. The negatives - the room needed reberbishment, very tired and bathroom door frame was falling apart. The drain smell in the bathroom was sometimes unbearable! No tea or coffee facilities in room. Only one English tv channel. I would definitely go there again.

This place had a great location, but a bit dated, not so comfortable beds and breakfast was about OK. 11 euros for a dog is stupid per night, and there is lots of free parking if your not in high season just beside the hotel. I would say OK, nice sea view!
