Quaint and lovely. Great location.

Great hotel, wonderful staff, front desk very helpful. The morning breakfast was delicious. Croissants were as good if not better than those in France!!!! The room was large, very comfortable king bed. Great shower, well laid out bathroom. The hotel is in the old city and close to everything!

Excellent location within the historic city giving easy walking to all tourist sites and restaurants. Great boutique hotel with comfortable rooms, good breakfest and attentive staff! Would book again at this hotel next time in Quebec city.

Lovely place to stay! Very clean room and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to many restaurants. Would stay there again.

Very convenient to dining and shopping. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Warm pastries for breakfast were a delight.

The location is great, close to all the tourist spots and the staffs are nice and helpful.

Beautiful room with a view of the park

This was a very nice quaint hotel. Staff were wonderful. Morning breakfast was pleasant. But there were also frustrating moments to note. There is no elevator and the hotel has several floors. Maybe 4? We requested a lower level room and were assigned a 3rd floor room. We were also given the wrong room key which added to frustration.♥️

Perfect experience to feel as if European!

An enjoyable stay in a historic building, within walking distance to shopping, dining and the Old City. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was comfortable and quiet. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

No elevators . We had to bring heavy suitcases up 4 flights stairs. Otherwise service excellent. Very beautiful area. Felt very safe.

Lovely, lovely hotel with beautiful details. We stayed in 3rd floor room overlooking park across the street. Quite lovely and a short walk to Rue St-Jean and central Old Quebec

It is a fantastic hotel in a fabulous location in the old section of Quebec City we really enjoyed how helpful the staff was as well just super doper...

Very nice size room! Very clean and appears to be a part of the old city. The only wrinkle is the lack of an elevator and having to haul luggage up stairs. Fortunately there are some strong young people to help with the luggage. Staff is very pleasant indeed!
