Everything was so impressive. Kind staffs, clean facility, perfect condition to stay.....

Old, but good and clean hotel. Beach, some restaurants and coffee shops are 5min away (just cross the bridge)

It was a great experience that we took a SPA with sea water. My mom like the Spa so much and I enjoy with that too. The guest service is excellent.

We stayed two nights with our parents. It was just perfect stay. Our parents were very impressed with everything. And also we enjoyed breakfast at sky lounge. I will definitely come back for some other time and recommend this place.

Give us a room in another building which is not that nice

All staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and very convenience specially during the Spartan race.

Friendly and couteous staff. Tasty food. Varity of hot spring, sauna and pools. Awesome views to the ocean. Excellent location and access to the beach.

The room was nice and spacious, the swimming pool and spa so much fun (at an additional cost). We had to rent swim caps, so bring yours if you have them.

Nice and big hotel building. But it was not convenient for foreigner..

Very friendly staff, lovely room, beautiful beach, Spa was different to Europe but ok, very recommandable.

This hotel will publicly shame you in front of people and go on a rant about how this is a "family" spa. Typical Korean non sense women should have a shirt and shorts on over all swim wear to "protect the children" (basically to keep their husbands eyes from wandering) and so my wife who is Korean was super disappointed. My brother and his GF (Korean) same thing there. Now soju and beer and being drunk in public, no problem, but showing skin at a beach side resort SHAME. Absolutely pass... Oh and the spa and pool they talk so highly about NOT INCLUDED you pay 15-20 USD per person extra. Absolutely pass on this place or just pay to use the spa.

My guy and I reserved a room there and they then walked us to another hotel that is branched off that one. When we got to the other one it looked like the slums hotel. It smelt horrible and was so ran down looking. So we went back to the very nice and fancy one and I said we are not staying there if we can't stay in this one. They said oh my mistake and gave us the room there. Very unhappy.

Great except the shower is not comftable

Quick visit to Donghea. A little far from the city for walking. but still within a reasonable distance (cab ride).

Very nice hotel. The staff are great, they speak enough English. The Spa and baths are clean and well-run. We had lunch at the hotel and the food was good

동해시에서 휴양하기에 이만한곳은 없을것같아요^^

요금에 비해 넓고 비치된 가구와 에어컨, 침대와 침구 컨디션은 좋았습니다. 그런데 좀 더 세심한 관리가 필요한듯 했어요. 변기 뚜껑이 떨어진 상태로 방치되어 있어서 끼워보려 했지만 불가능했고 비치된 바디 클렌저와 물비누는 거의 바닥이 나서 개인적으로 가져간 용품들을 사용했습니다. 늦은 시간이라 갖다 달라고 하기도 난감했어요. 욕실 타올이 걸어 놓은 채로 시간이 오래 되었는지 먼지 냄새가... ㅠㅠ 투숙객이 들어올 예정인 객실이었으면 사전에 체크를 해주셨으면 좋았을텐데 아쉽네요.
