Got food poisoning from the buffet. Room was fairly small and beds were uncomfortable. Wi-Fi often not working. You are close to a beach with places to sit, but that was the only good thing.

Beach, activities, Pool and cleanliness and staff are really nice. Staff appeared not sufficient informed sometimes. Paying/Renting the safe is ridiculous. The hammam needs restoration as it looks, smells and is old. A cockroach appeared while I was in the Hammam. Overall our stay was pleasant and the warm hearts of the staff made it really nice.

Service was very hands-off; meaning, in the two nights I stayed there, almost no staff even greeted me. The room was small but sufficient. Food was subpar. Really disappointed that there was no fitness center.

The location and property was great. A lot of amenities and great atmosphere. The only downfall was the AC not working at all during the stay.

The hotel is good but the food not good at all the aimoisn team not good they dont tall everone for acitvty and the say wrong word With some about us they love just woman and man form europ

I wouldn't say the hotel is bad but overpriced compared to what it provides.

The price is very excessive compared to the quality of the hotel. Very basic things like kettle and mini bar were not present in the room and the hotel was charging an extra 5d/day for the minibar and they were not available which is outrageous for this room fee. Food was mostly not good, like really not good especially during dinner. Only grilled stuff like fish and chicken were good. Grilled Fish in particular was fresh and tasty. We limited eating to grilled fish/chicken with salads. Pizza was also good and pasta very average. All the rest is good for trash bin. Hotel has good animation overall especially for littles kids.

It was our first time to visit this hotel. We were attracted to the all inclusive deal and no regrets to that. e thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made full use of the all inclusive deal.Will visit again with the family in summer

They should be more careful in cleaning the rooms, especially in the bathroom and having bathroom accessories. Poor breakfast without too many options.

Nice hotel near the beach, lovely swimming pool and outdoor areas but rooms could be updated. Very friendly and helpful staff.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était vraiment chaleureux, accueillant et toujours souriant. L’hôtel est très beau, bien entretenu et l’ambiance générale est agréable et conviviale. La piscine était également très sympa et parfaite pour se détendre. Les gens sur place sont joyeux et mettent tout de suite à l’aise. Franchement, pas grand-chose à redire, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
