The room is very bad, not worth the price, 250k for 2 hours

I am very happy to stay at a hotel with such a clean environment. If I have the opportunity to come to Hanoi, I will book here again.

Room name and check-in and check-out time do not match, causing first-time bookers to misunderstand.

booked a 18m2 room but it's a bit small. the whole bathroom is probably less than 10m2. old room, dark, no air to breathe

The hotel staff is very nice. I mistakenly booked a 2-hour daily use and they helped me change it to 1 day.

The hotel location is perfect but….‼️ Scamming alert: I booked this hotel on 10-10 which is a sale day with the price ~180k VND. Normally, when booking the hotel, I assume that it's a full day. However, surprisingly, when I check in the hotel, the receptionist told me that my booking was only for 2 HOURS. That was the first time I heard the rule for a booking hotel. Never imagined that booking for holiday but only living for 2 hours. That was the most thing makes me feel uncomfortable. Please read the hotel rule be careful, avoid the affordable price when you book!

I am impressed with the service of this hotel. The room is a bit small but the manager and staff are friendly, enthusiastic and always support the guests wholeheartedly.

Staff is so friendly. It 's just the aircon is not that cold enough.

The staff are very nice and informative but unfortunately we didn't stay there because they said they had a problem with our room for the substitution they offered us 4 stars hotel but we refused because the location is quite far from the old quarter, and we asked for the another hotel which is still in the old quarter area.
