There was construction ongoing and VERY difficult to get in and out.

We have stayed there several times. It has gone down. The elevators are tiny. One didn’t work all weekend. For a 9 story building that was a mess. For two days no Hot water! In the winter that is critical. The sofa was a wreck! The floors damaged. The outlet by the bed was dead! One tiny waste can in the entire apartment by the toilet. The desk staff were very nice but things were beyond their control !

We love Tempo Rent, We´ve stayed there three times, They have upgraded the paint and floors and this time we had the breakfast included. Very good variety of fruit, breads and hot scrambled eggs. The location is fantastic, just a block from Los Leones metro stop in Providencia.

Really lacking maintainance and the room was situated right next to a bank of Air conditioning units. WC did not work. Flooring in need of renovation Otherwice all good

The hotel was certainly cheap But it was advertised as an “apart-hotel”, which usually means it has some sort of kitchen facility but this one was a regular double room with only a minibar. The hotel is very dated and the local area is really loud as it is surrounded by bars open late and with very loud music playing until 1-2 AM. If you are in santiago in business this is definitely not for you. Other guests were very loud as well and we couldn’t sleep well any of the three nights we spent there. The rate was very low and non-refundable so we paid the price for that

I left my computer bag in the lobby and they took care of it and let me know. Grateful for their honesty , great customer service

We found the small apartment very spacious and comfortable, we had a nice living room and dining space. Full kitchen with toaster, blender, pans, utensils and dishes. Very comfortable bed and closet space. The best thing was that it was one block from a major metro line and easy transportation to any place in the city of Santiago. The staff was very helpful and kind.

The condition of the room and the bathroom were not good. No lights in the room. They cleaned our room without our permission. Despite the reasonable price, I don't recommend it.

This is a moderately priced hotel in a wonderful neighborhood that has everything.

Room very worn out. Staff very friendly and they speak English. Clean. nice restaurants around. The park and river are right there. Safe. Nice for walking around. Easy walk to the business district.

Hotel was just ok. Very good location. Internet very slow. A bit overpriced, but I assume it was because of the Copa America event.
