I am very happy with cleanliness and staff especially the concierge as they are great in helping our needs. Just for an improvement I think the management should change the way they are handling the deposit. Apparently with BCA bank credit card, the deposit is not on hold, it is recorded as a complete transaction. Even after 5 nights of stay where the hotel will refund the deposit through the credit card, I might loss some money on the money exchange. So be careful when you are using BCA bank credit card. Another small issue the hotel management has to improve is to well inform their staff that are serving drinks in the lobby seating area. I was sitting in the lobby sitting area and I was driven away by their serving staff saying that the area is for people who bought their drinks. Even I told them I am a staying guest and he would not listen until I got so upset and complain to the reception area and someone did go and tell the rude staff.
