I tried to check in for my friends. All the rooms were under my name, but it was not possible. It is possible in other hotels. What is so wrong with one person booking two or three rooms?

The staff was unfriendly. We were waiting outside around 1 o'clock in the middle of the night. There was a receptionist, but they tried not to look at us. However, the location and price are superb. The room was also very big. But I didn't even have shampoo or correct body wash.
