Excellent as usual!

Everything was good from ease of check in - to locating the room - and dining in the restaurant - good selection on the menu and everything was delicious.

As expected. Pool was lovely and it was a perfect place to stop over for the night on our way north.

Staff was great. Restaurant was good. Breakfast was more than ample. First floor entrance, and restaurants are very clean. Biggest complaints were that we booked this hotel as it was non-smoking, and people were smoking in their rooms and the staff could do nothing about. There was also an issue with the air conditioning and was told that some people were cold or that the air conditioning made too much noise, so they decided to shut it down every single evening. We were very hot every evening, but didn’t find out about this until we were leaving and complained. First floor needs renovation. Carpets are dirty in hall. Shower could’ve been scrubbed down better. Overall, it is a nice hotel.

Lovely hotel and very nice friendly staff. The location was a bit remote and the air conditioning wasn’t the best but overall the rooms were good.

Extreamly friendly service. They treated us very friendly from when we arrived. No wait at check-in. They even gave us a free upgrade to a suite, which was very nice. I would highly recommend it.

Good hotel for overnight stay but apart from their own restaurant there is nowhere nearby to eat.

Very nice hotel, the shower was not working but it was fixed the next day; however, an excellent hotel should have everything essential functioning. The personnel is very nice and helpful (especially Federica).

The hotel is about 2 kilometres from the centre of Forli behind a petrol station, the postcode is a bit vague! Otherwise the hotel is fantastic value for money with a good breakfast.

Nice Hotel Great Food

This was so close to a 4 star experience at a 2 star price. On a quiet road about 2 miles outside town The Grand Hotel was clean well equipped with good service and nice friendly staff. Only let down by some jobsworth who turned the aircon off because it was past 30 Sept. My room was so hot I slept in the bathroom one night. Why they dont just look out the window at the hot sun I really dont know. Anyway, to be fair with the aircon on in summer or the weather colder than 25 degrees after 30 Sept this would be a really good choice.
