The property is beautiful. Difficultly learning what was available/happening where and when. An app would be very beneficial

Big resort, lots of dining and pool options

My husband and I got food poisoning the first meal we ate. We were very sick for two nights and left. We were booked for 12 days.

Everything was wonderful, i really enjoyed the time off, spotless place calm and and an excellent menu at the restaurant.

Clean room, friendly staff, Spa was great, nice gym with great options, excelent entertainment activities, and more.

3rd time at Barcelo and Love it every time.

We love this resort! There are a lot of fitness and fun activities, as well as a fantastic spa. Plenty of food choices and there’s even a natural cenote at walking distance.

The food was very good. There were many options to choose from. The one issue we experienced was the water that went from the shower to the toilet area every time the shower was turned on. We had to lay towels down to block the leaking area on the floor connecting the shower to the toilet area. Another issue was the ice machines out on the hallways that did not function. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

I didn't like the staff, they are very rude and foul-mouthed. You ask them about something and they never know anything. The food is very bad, tasteless and full of grease. They don't have any activities for such a big hotel. They don't have any music. The truth is, it's very boring and with bad service from most of the employees.
