Great place very convenient for the slopes, nice design and decor, the bar area in particular has a great feel to it. The only improvements would be to add coffee making facilities in the room (this is an option for which a supplement applies - quite atypical these days), put bathrobes in the room by default (something we had to ask for) and the same for conditioner in the bathroom. Staff were outstanding and super friendly/helpful.

Excellent hotel

This was such a nice hotel and so conveniently located right next to the train station. Super friendly start and lovely breaktast options. The room was very modern and spacious. Would highly recommend!|

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms large and comfortable overall. That said, I found the room to be very hot even when opening the window on a 0 degree celcius night and not possible to leave the window open as the smell of smoke from those smoking on the balcony next door. Also, the paint was chipping in the windows, and the floor of the hallway on my floor to the lift was filthy. It looked like it had not been vacuumed in a month. My room was very clean though, so it was not a huge issue. I also found it strange that it is the only hotel where I stayed during a 6 week trip that did not offer coffee or kettle in the room. The food at Pulse was also very good. Breakfast was so-so. All that said, I would probably stay here again.

Lovely staff, everything was ready and spot on. We didnt miss a thing and despite Davos being quite boring at this time of the year, our stay in this hotel compensated for the rest. Love it.

I was positively surprised by the interior design, comfort of the room, and location (right across from the Jakobshorn ski slopes, most rooms have a view of them!). The hotel also offers several restaurant options and a nice bar. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is directly across from ski tram and train station. You can fly to Zurich and train to Davos. Step out of thr train station. Cross the street and you are there. It's a block off Main Street which makes it a bit quieter. Close to ski rental or bike rental shops. Has multiple (expensive) restaurants in the hotel but a very nice (included) breakfast. Parking was easy and the staff was very nice. No question I would stay here again.

The check in was easy and front desk very helpful. We were issued a free pass to ride any of the major trams in Davos or Klosters. Our room was standard so not so much extra space. The food service was very slow. My opinion is that someone missed a shift or management overestimated what cook/waitress can handle, the hotel eatery was very full. One bright spot is that the hotel is directly across the street from the railroad depot so if using the rail system it would be a logical and convenient choice of stay.

Was staying for a mountain biking weekend. Very nice hotel (without wellness facilities however) with excellent choice of several different types of restaurants. Nice style of decoration. Close to train and gondela station. Very friendly and helpful service - unusual for Switzerland.......
