The check-in receptionist was rude. It was a surprise that breakfast was not included, this was not clear in the advertisements and no options for with/without breakfast available. This was, apparently, my fault for not booking directly with the hotel. I have been there many times over the past 20 years and never had this problem before. I do not plan on returning.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room outdated. No kettle/tea tray in room but free to use coffee machine in lobby Shower not draining properly, one had to wait. No blackout curtains.

Hotel is having renovations being done. But my stay was fine and i had no issues.

Great stay for the price. Super friendly staff, comfortable bed, sound proof windows and very nice breakfast.

The current accommodation is in need of an update, which the new hotel will hopefully resolve. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Did not like the fact that the room door locked with a physical key rather than a key card.

Excellent location right near town square. Very good breakfast. Hot weather with no ac made the room too hot, but helped to open the window. Very good staff.
