This is our second stay at this hotel , great location and facilities. A perfect hotel to stay for exploring the island .

Our stay here was great. The staff were unbelievably accommodating, calling taxis, making recommendations for dinner and other sights to see in the area. The breakfast was great and the resturant was also excellent. A major bonus was that they allowed you to stay and use the amenities after check out, and provided you with a courtesy room to use to freshen up before going to the airport! Would definitely stay here again

I recently stayed at Tomir Portals Suites and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the hotel itself was spotless throughout. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was a highlight—there was a great variety each day, and the quality of the food was excellent. The hotel is also conveniently located near public transport, which made getting around easy. This was my first time in Spain, and I’m so pleased I chose this hotel. I would love to return again!

Faultless from start to finish! A beautiful hotel with lovely facilities, spacious rooms, great location, very friendly staff and superb breakfast. The manager was always smiling and made us feel genuinely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Without a doubt we’ll stay again.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area. Short walk to shops and the marina, short drive to Palma. Only issue is the walls are VERY thin so I was woken a few times by loud TVs. Breakfast great, cocktails great, lovely rooftop bar. Pool and jaccuzzi uncrowded without a race for beds by the pool. Definitely recommend this hotel and will be rebooking if we come back to the area.

Lovely stay. Didn’t disappoint

Was a little disappointed. Staff is super nice and helpful and food was great. But the rooms felt a bit tired and worn (stains on walls) and they have a weird pool towel policy where you can only exchange your pool towel on 3 certain days of the week (M, Wed and Saturdays). Like how is that sanitary?!? especially if you want to use the towel and go on a boat ride or to the beach!!! Location was ok, very close to Palma. We didn't spend a lot of time lounging here, used it more as base to go elsewhere. If you're looking for a hotel to lounge and relax in, there are better options! but i will say the breakfast buffet was excellent and staff service was excellent.

5* service from the staff. Spacious rooms, excellent facilities, great paella, a DJ on the rooftop bar and the best breakfast you'll ever have.

A great stay with some improvements. Booked a sea view room but were told they are fully booked. Very misleading so were given a partial sea view.

Beautifully furnished and decorated. Rooms were spacious, dining was EXCELLENT, everything you could possible want to eat they had. Everyone was so friendly - it had Everything you could possibly want in this time of accommodation.
