Poznan is very easy to get around using buses and trams for very little. The Platinum Residence Hotel has a good restaurant. The room however felt like we were staying in the Attic. My wife bumped her head on the sloping ceiling more than once. The bathroom had a walk in shower, but the water tended to go every where

It was amazing stay, nice food, welcome gift made me smile! Only one thing-noise from the street as room had windows for that side.

After entering reception desk I was advised by staff that there is no possibility of parking car because I didn't book parking place before coming. I answered that I didn't realise such necessity from my booking confirmation and on Hotels.com was only info that venue has a parking place. For my question what I can do now with my car receptionist told me that it isn't her problem and only mine and I can park in the other hotel in the neighbourhood. Taking this advise in consideration I advise receptionist that I cancel my stay and would use hotel which she advert to me not only for my car but also for me so I moved my accommodation to Poznań City Park Hotel

Amazing service, amazing place and pet friendly, parking, lovely breakfast, lovely decor very modern, the only fault I could find that they are all the way in Poznan and not London so could use more often

Nice place but thin walls and loud banging and parties going on all over the hotel. You can hear conversations and partying in the next room.

Great comfy stay

The rooms on the second floor rooms are in the attic. They have no windows (just a skylight), and the pitch of the roof is sharp that I constantly hit my head on it. Definitely ask for a first floor room. The staff was great and very helpful and the restaurant food very good.

We were driving and Poznan was a good stopping point so we booked this nice hotel. The restaurant was being upgraded and was closed until the first of August 2015. There was a 5 star restaurant only 5 minutes walk away, so no problem. The staff was very nice and the room was very comfortable. The air conditioning is not controllable in the room and it would have been nice to have been able to use as it had been 88 degrees that day and the room was stuffy. This would normally not be a problem as it is not that hot in Poland. All in all we were really pleased.

Nice place, clean room and good service

This is a very modern hotel, with very good service. It is not in the centre of the City, but has a tram just outside the hotel. Very clean and tidy and this is the (I think) fourth time I have stayed here - enough said?

The room was comfortable and the staff was good. The hotel is not close to the center or to the train station making taxi service necessary. Mostly, I found the bathrooms weird with the all glass wall for the shower and toilet so other guests in the room could watch while you took care of private matters. I would be OK to stay again with just my wife, but I would not stay with a family.

My TV was not functioning properly so to make it up to me they offered me free breakfast which I found very nice. Rooms are small but smart as it is an old converted mansion. Only problem was my minibar had no water in it which was the only thing I wanted. Overall, good value for the money. Residential neighbourhood, so nowhere to really go out unfortunately.

Beautiful residential experience completely remodeled inside with private parking- aplus in Posnan. Award winning chef has created an excellent menu with a variety of local and regional dishes. Free Internet made access easy and fast and the staff provided excellent service. Just 15 minutes by car/ taxi to the airport and similar distance to old City Market. The corner location is across from a large park so that even on morning traffic rooms are quiet. Great value for the value and not expensive

Lovely hotel - third time I have stayed there. This time, though, I was in a front room overlooking the roads and the traffic noise kept going all night. People are very nice and do look after me, but had to sit in the restaurant one night for about 20 minutes - no one came to me, so I had to go find someone. But they are still nice and friendly - when they are there. Still have an issue with the shower (wet room) making most of the floor wet - keep your towel and clothes off the floor or the other side of the sink.

This is a very modern hotel with modern features. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. Only issue I had is the shower is a 'wet room' in which half of the room gets wet! Make sure your towel and floor mat are at least at the middle of the sink or they get wet. Good food, good service. Nice open position, but not really in the middle of town, but there is now a tram service and it is only a few minutes drive away from the main football stadium (I still haven't been inside it).
