The best staff ❤️ love from Indonesia

the location is good as it is in an alley with many massage parlors, a 7-11, many other hotels, restaurants, cafes and food vendors. the room is okay with hot water for showering and a hair dryer. my room specifically has a beautiful view of the city train. the hotel provides water, tea, cafe and bread and jam for free all day. the staff are friendly and helpful, even give me a free tiffy pill when i was sick. overall a comfortable experience for a not so expensive price.

+ Room and bathroom was big and clean. - Little bit far from BTS station (± 15minutes walking to BTS Ratchathewi). - They didn't provide free drinking water, you must pay for it. But there's minimart near the hotel, you can buy it there because it's cheaper. - There's railway near the hotel and the train sound was pretty loud.

- Difficult to find the hotel - Actual image is completely different from the image in the room reservation advertisement - Washbasins become clogged. Each time you use the washbasins, wait for 10-15 minutes to drain - Hot water sometimes does not - In-room dryers cannot be used.

Very good hotel, friendly staff. Convenient to the market center Platinum, bigC, the market to Neon Talad, BTS. can walk. Will come back later.

The distance from the hotel to the pratunam and mall market "like siam paragon is quite far away although it is within walking distance. The distance from the hotel for the train ride is quite close.

Hot water is not available in the room making it difficult for me to make milk for my child
