Booked this hotel in a pinch and not so bad in that situation. It was generally clean, I would only say that the hotels were stained and the bed sheets had extra lint and hair. Staff though is super nice and very informative. Location is excellent, close to public transportation and steps away from amazing restaurants!

Good as for 3* hotel

I have stayed here a few times over the years and as always it's been great. The hotel is recently refurbished too. Good location, friendly staff and good housekeeping.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. And the staff are warm, helpful and polite.

The Hotel is strategically located in a spot with easy access to buses, shops, food, travel spots and lovely views. It was clean, staff were friendly and very helpful especially Abigail ✅

My room had no scene from the balcony the place looks great now that it's been rehabbed and the people are lovely there very grateful

Good value for money, in a great spot.

The sea view was great - really liked having a balcony. The bathroom was spacious. Great location with easy access to public transport and cafes and restaurants. Good value for money in overall - would recommend to others.

Nice hotel in a good location near many amenities and affordable. Lovely staff who were helpful with advice and breakfast as an optional extra. Would book & stay again as we both enjoyed our visit.

Absolutely beautiful room on the 6th floor with a stunning room and balcony. Loved the fresco above the bed and the tiles in the bathroom. Was so nice. Only downside is we had to do 2 trips in the lift with our luggage as the lift is tiny.

Mohamed gave us detailed instructions how to go to Mdina. He was very friendly and provided great customer service.

Our shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. We reported it to the reception and they said they would look at it. They didn’t. Every time we had a shower it was a falls risk. There was dust on skirting boards. One of the receptionists was playing video games and seemed more interested in that.

Having specifically booked a sea view room, we were given a tree view room with a glimpse of the sea (partial sea view rooms were available when booking but I chose the full sea view). Hotel said they were sorry but couldn’t accommodate our sea view booking as they were fully booked. Amenities in room: shower flooded bathroom floor every time, bedside lamp was broken (reported when immediately but not fixed during 5 night stay). Staff were very pleasant and professional however. Overall disappointing that we didn’t receive the room we booked.

It is at the end of Sliema at the beach and it is close to St. Julian. There nice restaurants and bars nearby. The hote has been recently constructed and it is brand new.
