Nice! Love the helpful environment.

Room did not include a standard microwave or refrigerator. The front desk lady who worked the morning of 2/18 was very compassionate about the reason for our stay (family member passed away).

The room was not even close to the pictures on the website. Much smaller. Beds were not comfortable and temperature regulation is not up to the individual room. Staff was excellent and breakfast was also very good. Towels were clean. Amenities are excellent and great location. Needs a little TLC on cosmetic appearance and cleanliness for the price.

Good price and breakfast was good

It was our first time in Myrtle beach and we loved our stay at the Strand. We even extended our stay, thank you.

Breakfast was good. Rooms are nice with a great view of the beach. Parking wasn't the best, due to no handicap parking and spaces get filled up quickly.

Short 1 night stay to attend local concert at Carolina Opry. Did not use all property extras, but many availabe.

This hotel is a bit older, as are many of the places in M.B. However, they do a terrific job keeping it as nice as possible. The staff was so kind and friendly! We already know we’re staying there again. No complaints from us!

I didn’t get the reserved room and then the heater in the room offered failed to work properly. The cold got so unbearable I had to ask for another room at 5 am in the morning. I’ve been coming to this hotel every year for the past 20 years, and it seems the quality of this hotel has gotten worse. The quality of breakfast and room furnishings were much better back then.

While the stay was brief, the stay was good and a very good place to stay at. However, in the oceanfront room it was very crowded with furniture that seemed more like an attempt to increase the price while the place was quite a bit small, making it feel crowded. The TV was a very basic model, very little ways of navigation other than clicking through all the chammels. The parking space was good, it had its seperate parking garage specifically for the hotel and very conveneintly placed as well as the food quality of breakfast was good.

The room wasn't very clean. The toilet and the refrigerator were dirty. The shower head leaked from where it was attached and therefore spayed water all over. The hotel was dated and not well maintained.

The front desk staff was very friendly and courteous. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast served and a bar made for a good stay.I would stay again.

Excellent trip we had

Very clean and quiet rooms. Only thing that can be improved is amount of hot water. We were on the 8th floor and both of us would run out of hot water before finishing our showers. Also took a long time for the water to heat up. Other than that, everything was great. Staff was amazing and helpful. Plan to continue coming to this hotel.

The breakfast in the mornings was a plus!

Ocean view was awesome. Breakfast service is good but food is just okay not that great. Front Desk staff lacks customer service skills and comes across very rude which made out stay very unpleasant. We would rather go to North Beach next time and skip this place.

We liked it, looking forward to going back. Rooms are good but not perfect (I didn't expect them to be), some minor cleanliness issues and our dishwasher had a broken top rack that couldn't be used. Amenities were great, hot breakfast was good and varied, pool and hot tub were perfect temperature. Grounds were well kept. We didn't use house keeping, so not sure how they were. Staff were helpful, efficient, and friendly.

Place is good. They have maintain there elevator properly, it in bad condition. Please work on your breakfast as well.
