Lovely looking building. Room needed some maintenance. Great view from room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming lovely but didn’t open until 10am Great location.

Lovely hotel, unusual and spacious room with fabulous views over the sea and garden. Close to the beach. Looked like lots of facilities but this was just a stopover so no time to try out the pool.

The swimming pool was out of order upon our arrival. We where given an email address to complain to and they only responded 5 days later!. When we complained we where told that the beach was 200m away. We had to go to the beach on a day that it was extremely windy and 37 degrees! We where never updated on the pool despite asking twice a day. We will never stay here again nor recommend people to do so.

Little bed in little room, in an old building. Smells closed and old. Should renovate the building and facilities to meet the price range. Attention！No Aircon.

Room basic and the people next door sounded as though they were in our room. (Interconnecting door) Balcony nice to sit and read upon in the morning, whilst neighbours sang to each other. Downstairs was interesting and less basic. Reception staff very helpful, providing hot water for my teabags and extra blanket/duvet due to unseasonal cold and wet weather. Lovely garden and pools. Very close to Spain.

Sometimes loud music - once at breakfast and other in reception in evening - spoilt things. Otherwise very pleasant hotel in nice location. Facilities quite good, pleasant staff/

Nice room a bit dated but very clean. Close to the beach and the boat basin.

Was expecting a great deal more from this hotel, but was disappointed at the size of the room and bathroom. No air conditioning or screens on the windows and it was uncomfortably hot. Hidden fees for towels and difficult to find parking as this is a busy vacation spot during the summer months. Beds were hard, room could have used a lick of paint and renovating. Meal costs were pricy, but food was acceptable. However, the staff was pleasant and helpful. I would not stay there again.

Only there for 1 night in what is clearly a "weekly stay" hotel. 2 great ambient pools, rooms great at price, breakfast as advertised and only 1 street back from seafront. Would happily stay her again - better for knowing location - sedure parking (underground & hence cool) available.

Chambre de bonne qui ne correspond en rien avec l’offre sur site internet. 110€ pour une très mauvaise prestation

Séjour très agréable ainsi que l'accueil

Hôtel 3 étoiles traditionnel basque sympathique et agréable, mais un peu vieillot. La déco et la moquette sont à changer. Du coup le rapport qualité-prix est appréciable. Une chouette piscine, de grandes chambres qui donnent sur l'extérieur au rez-de-chaussée. Literie et douche très bien. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel sympathique. Un table de ping-pong. Emplacement très pratique sur le port d'Hendaye, à proximité de tout. Seul véritable bémol : l'isolement sonore... Pas de bruit extérieur heureusement, mais un couloir très passant et bruyant, on entend les clients des autres chambres tousser... Je recommande néanmoins !

Un excelente alojamiento para estar en pareja o familia. Recalcar la amabilidad y profesionalidad del hombre que estaba atendiendo en el desayuno. Muchas gracias!

La habitación 7 un poco pequeña para 2 personas, pero el resto muy bien

Personnel agréable Chambre propre mais déco un peu vieillotte. Le parking est situé à quelques mètres à deux rues. Il faut débourser 8€ par jour.
