No microwaves in the room. No complimentary water or snacks. No restaurant on site. Non-refundable $100 pet fee for one night when there is carpeting in the room!!!!

It was fine if looking for a place to sleep, but don't forget anything because they won't have it at the front desk!

We really enjoyed the location. It was perfect for us with a toddler. Had a lot of fun in the pool and enjoyed the surrounding restaurants and aquarium. The room was comfortable and clean. The Riverwalk behind the hotel is a beautiful walk to end the day.

Had a 2 day girls trip and really enjoyed staying at the hotel. Staff was so nice and accommodations top notch.

The complimentary breakfast isn’t complimentary any more. Paying enough in price, don’t need to pay any more. Fire alarm ringing off at 1am was great too.

For being such expensive stay, you would think they would at least give you two water bottles for coffee or drinking. In addition, it’s 9:30am and I the cleaning people are knocking on our door. Not a pleasant stay.

The ac in our room did not work properly. Also the hotel is very noisy

First I want to sincerely apologize my 3 year girl got really sick on the last day. But overall experience was amazing my favorite thing about this hotel was the staff how they how they were with us how they were my daughter when she was playing with them do sincerely appreciate that made her birthday week even better.

Everything was great from checking in to checking out. The rooms were very big and well maintained with a nice view to the waterfront. My only problem was that there was not enough parking at night. The parking area behind the hotel tends to get full, and most time it’s because people double park. It would be nice to have someone from the hotel guide people, or put some sort of markings, because that would allow for more room. Other than that, it was a great stay.
