Check in on time and the process is easy. The location is near the train station, just 5 minutes by walking.

interesting fun and nice hotel

Staff hotel is friendly even though I store my luggage more than 5 days. Hotel charge me 3 days but it's reasonable. Room was spacious but expensive though, Well, it's weekend of July 4. Overall, it's strategic and nice hotel at Shinjuku. Access easily to Airport, Shibuya and surroundings.

The location is very strategic because it is next to the entrance to the subway line, as well as Lawson and other minimarts. The staff is friendly, there are coin laundry facilities and vending machines in the hotel. It's just a shame that the room size is small, typical of other hotels in Japan.

friendly and unpretentious with the statium

Very good location, right next to the station (oedo line (E) to Shibuya Ueno, Chiyoda is very close, the room is big like a Tokyo hotel 😁 the room condition is actually clean, only the bottom of the mattress seems to have never been cleaned, overall staying here is very worth it.

Nice hotel, near to Shinjuku Station, restaurant & night life. Staff are helpful, arigatou gozaimasu.

Small room with a really small bathroom with a hard bed. It 's overpriced. Period.

The room is small, difficult to move around, storing suitcases is also confusing. The bathroom is super small, not comfortable.

Near the station. The receptionist not so friendly, and very strict. Overall just okay.

For petite to medium size folks, it is just fine. Location is superb. Amenities nearby.
