Súper céntrico el lugar y cerca de lugares con buena comida fácil para caminar alrededor de la zona las chicas que nos atendieron súper lindas y agradables nos ayudaron con el cambio de habitación para estar más cómodas y las atracciones súper cerca de la zona . Muy tranquilo el lugar y el desayuno estaba divino vale totalmente la pena pasar unos días en este hotel que da muy buena vibra . Agradecemos mucho la atención

Great central location. The lady let us check in early at 11am! They gave us 2 bottle waters/day. 3 sofas, coffee vending machine & snack/soda vending machine in lobby.

Was in an excellent spot! Across the street from the Alcazar. The city bus tour leaves nearby. A cool restaurant with a view just down the way. There is also parking nearby.

The bed was uncomfortable, which made it difficult to sleep.

An older but well-maintained facility in the center of old Toledo. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Good value for money.

Location is just perfect, the hotel is next to Alcazar - on the very top of Toledo. Zocodover square is a 2 min walk downhill. Hotel staff is very nice, we got our room before their normal check-in time, around 10:00 am. The room was clean, but several things are disappointing. The rail for the showerhead came loose, when you turn the water on the showerhead came out swinging around with water. For air conditioner to work requires guest card to be present in a slot at the entrance of the room. When you leave the room and take the card with you, you turn everything electrical in the room off. That means you come back to find your room sweltering hot at over 100 F. There is no refrigerator nor a coffee maker in the room, so if you have to make a morning train out of Toledo, you can't have your coffee in the morning, as their restaurant is also not open until 8:00 am.

The hotel was fine except the air conditioning in our room was broken and it was 110 degrees that day. We did get switched to a different room our second night. Staff did not seem concerned with the issue. Outside of that - the hotel was quite nice and in an excellent location.

This is a basic hotel which is very conveniently located. It has friendly, helpful staff. The car parking at the Alcazar Garage is close by and reasonably priced. I would have liked to see a fridge and coffee making facilities.

Hotel is in great location. Very nice staff. Breakfast was included. Very basic room, small tv and no fridge.

Very simply room not for 3 * with not irony sheets, sink very high and almost uselles.

4 beds, one tiny TV. Towels thin. Reasonable breakfast. Needed extra blankets for beds, and these were provided when we asked ... No bedspreads- sort of like a dormitory room. Great location, however, walking distance to everything and hotel reception staff were friendly.
