Beautiful hotel and wonderful breakfast included with stay. We stayed in the Old Justice room and despite not having air conditioning, we were able to open the windows to cool the room very comfortably. The room was beautiful and having the extra living space as a separate room made it feel so spacious and luxurious. Burford is a BEAUTIFUL town and we enjoyed wandering up and down the streets both evenings of our stay. This hotel is centrally located and very easy to walk the entire town in both directions from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly and effective staff team who were always offering to help with anything they could and very accommodating of any requests. That is what makes a great hotel experience.

Very attentive staff. Helped us bring the luggage in and upstairs to our room. Beautiful, cosy room and comfortable bed. Bar area was perfect and a good breakfast.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We felt they were willing to help out whenever it was needed and always with a smile. The room was lovely with a large walk in shower. It had just been renovated. The breakfast was delicious and I really liked that we could choose alternatives to the full English. We had lunch there with some friends and it was very nice. Dinner was also good but we didn't feel up to a full meal.

An excellent stay in the Oak suite. A large room with additional seating area. Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Food was very god, especially the breakfasts. A lovely touch was the card and chocolates in our room on arrival for my wife’s birthday.

A great stay at this hotel. Lovely comfortable room, great staff and a delicious breakfast. Handy for Burford Village. Our visit was to visit The Farmer's Dog pub which is approx. 3 miles away. We used a local taxi firm and were charged £20 each way. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room was lovely, very clean, but shower water pressure very low, lampshade broken, toilet didn't flush properly, mold and dirt on bathroom window.
