The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about surrounding area and surrounding hiking / biking trails and vineyards. The hotel is situated on the crossroads of the Vosges Mountains and the province of Alsace, so you get the best of both worlds: mountainous playground for the sportier souls and verdant vineyards for the winos out there. The hotel’s restaurant was also fabulous - delicious food paired with great local wine, with professional staff. The hotel itself was nice and quiet, the room clean, comfy, and spacious. All in all, it was a great stay and we’d go back in a heartbeat.

No one at hotel on arrival, just a note with a code! Otherwise hotel was great.

this hotel was fantastic it was a lot better than a lot of hotels wevve stayed in with twice the stars and twice the money. the owner was a very friendly and accomadating man we will definitely stay here again. we had the junior suite for myself, wife and 2 children and it was a wonderful room, very clean and plenty of room 5* hotel!!!

Lovely little hotel with great staff - they even re-opened the kitchen when we arrived late (be careful trusting SatNav in this area as the hotel is in a spur valley and SatNav tries every single trail through the woods! Best to ask a local.) Food was fabulous - local wild boar was a treat. Price was reasonable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

On a juste testé l'hôtel et pas le restaurant qui était complet le samedi soir. Sincèrement on n'a pas à se plaindre mais ça manquait un peu de chaleur et d'accueil à l'arrivée. Une petite bouteille d'eau (de la région par exemple) aurait été un plus car il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et impossibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre en raison de la présence d'un groupe et la chambre donnait sur le coin terrasse. Très beau jardin sympa, très bien entretenu. Serviettes de toilette qui commencent à avoir de l'âge. Donc bien mais on reste sur notre faim. On n'a pris aucune photo.
