I loved everything about it, quiet, the shower, the bath tub, the outside area and the beds were so comfy. Close to the beach and local shops, very convenient, good transportation links.

Muy chévere en “Cheverengue City”

Charming privately run hotel in a nice residential area near the beech. Spotlessly clean, large rooms. Automated entry / exit system. I was only able to make a very short stay but would gladly go there again.

The family room was very nice. But the housekeeping has days off, so you have to clean your own room. The pictures show a breakfast buffet, but no breakfast is served. And the rooms don't have any facilities such as a refrigerator that would help you to prepare your own. The hotel has a kitchen, but it is off limits to guests. The heaters were switched off till we complained about it. The hotel personnel is not on-site, and they're not reachable 24/7, which delayed this even further.

Nice property with balcony just a few annoying things. Same room as poor review night before and I suppose depends what you pay. Excellent beautiful bathroom, and great to have a smoking facility on Balcony. Can be noisy in the mornings. Would stay again at standard pricing.

Can’t quite believe how bad this experience was for me.

Hotel has no parking. Just parking on the street where is not safe to leave the car. Internet is low quality. Breakfast was poor. Walls and doors are not soundproof and you hear all noises from the hall and other rooms. Internet is bad with very often disconnections. It is not an hotel but a lodge. between other houses area.WC what exactly in front of door and you can hit your head on door when seat.

The hotel was great and the staff was very friendly.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days. Staff are very friendly. I request to change my room after two days and they gave me an alternate room. Breakfast was excellent very nice ambiance. Worth staying !!!!!!

I really liked the location and the staff were amazing and so very helpful. Cleanliness means a lot when travelling, so to find a nice hotel such as this one that was sparkling clean, was fantastic. The breakfast options were good, the area around the hotel was quiet, and the various cafes and boutique stores were a welcome relief from the big chain department stores. The only problem I had was during the last night of my stay when a very inconsiderate young man had invited a group of other inconsiderate young men back to his room. They were extremely loud and it was very late at night, which meant that their laughing and very loud conversation woke me up. This was not the fault of the hotel staff, but rather the inconsiderateness of this man and his friends.

Conveniently located near shops bus and tram. Wifi is very unreliable.

Small boutique hotel close to beach. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good compared to other hotels I have stayed in Europe. Bed was two singles pushed together but it was longer than normal twin beds. Very quiet area and very good security. After 6 pm you require your room key to get into the hotel. Mini bar is on main floor in area where breakfast is served. Good selection of products and all based on the honour system. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Wifi was very good. My room had its own Wifi booster.

Lovely staff

So I was hesitant about booking this hotel, but couldn't have made a better choice. We were able to drop bags off early and they were waiting for us upon our return. The lady who checked us in was so pleasant and spoke decent English. She gave us the low down on our bearings and the location was good. There is a bus stop close that will take you wherever you want to go and the walk to the pier/beach was a pleasant stroll. We will be returning to this gem. The only recommendation I would like to make is a toaster for the breakfast OR some sort of warm food- but when in Europe the food was typical to most other places.

Leider fehlender Kontrakt zum Hotel. Anfragen per WhatsApp wurden nicht beantwortet, z.B. Vorfinden eines geschlossenen Safes. Wunsch Zimmer zum Innenhof etc. Sehr hellhörig, Türen knallen relativ laut zu, nicht sehr dick, man hört durch die Wände die Nachbarn, Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon war für eine Nacht okay.

Es hat alles gut funktioniert, auch das Einchecken mit Handy, allgemein war es angenehm. Der Sitzplatz war nicht sehr sauber, zum Teil war Müll vom Container nebenan darauf. Das Zimmer war ok, geeignet zum Übernachten, nicht unbedingt um sich zu lange darin aufzuhalten. Nachts war es ruhig. Zum Personal hatten wir kaum Kontakt, zur Chefin nur per WhatsApp und telefonisch (war freundlich und hilfsbereit).

Die Unterkunft war für einen kurztrip perfekt. Sauber, zentral & unkompliziert. Leider sehr lautes Getrampel von oben zu späten Zeiten (jeden Abend ab 22 Uhr bis manchmal 23:30). Dies hat uns leider manchmal den letzten Nerv geraubt. Sonst wirklich eine gute Unterkunft.

Hotel was prima. Wel gehorig. Basic, maar nette en schone kamer. Misschien wel beter dan je voor de prijs zou mogen verwachten. Als wij nog een keer richting Den Haag gaan, zou ik zo weer boeken.
