The staff is excellent at the reception desk, especially Paul. They address your needs as best as they could. Checking in and checking out was a pleasure. Breakfast was great. Overall, all good, but it seems there was no maintenance person to address any room needs. For example, our room was too hot, so we needed the heat turned down which was beyond our control. As a result, it was like a motel inside a hotel.

Good stay but the parking is expensive 15 euro per day

Walk to the hotel from railway station is around 5-8 minutes walk. We arrived at night for overnight. We felt not safe area around the hotel. Nearby pizza take away. The room was good and the receptionist was a good attitude and helpful. It’s good to stay if you visit Milan central as it’s a good price

Great location out of CBD a little but lovely local restaurants and supermarket nearby.

Location to metro station is very close so really made it easy to get around. Robert and the whole front desk staff are amazingly helpful and friendly.

Walkable to train station and shopping

The hotel is far away from the City Center. The hotel is in a residential area. Luckily the Metro station is only a 5 min. walk away. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were pleasant.

Lovely hotel with a spacious and cozy room, the top floor views were beautiful. Staff were great, the overnight receptionist especially was always welcoming and friendly, he was very helpful.

Very Clean

Very nice hotel for a quick stay, has everything you would need and staff is amazing and willing to help in anything . Huge grocery store next to it for food and east transportation to metro to get to milano centrale. Location a little dirty and sketchy but we were never bothered by anyone

It was a very clean property and very professional staff. Very convenient and close to a lot of good dining options. The room service and room itself was like a 5 star hotel.

Spacious room with its price. Walkable distance to Metro Station and nearby supermarket. Great room with a great bathroom. All amenities are there. Big screen TV. You will also get a spacious size of balcony as well. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

When we arrived around 15:00 which is 1 hour after the check in time, the room is not ready, we have to leave the luggage at the hotel and carried on without having rested in the room. Staff haven’t provided any solution or compensation. We checked in around 21:00, my bathroom is not clean, a dirty towel has been left on the bathroom counter, hair and water residues everywhere, no toilet paper. When requested toilet paper, the staff entered with their key when I was stuck in the bathroom my husband waiting by the front desk waiting for the toilet paper to be brought to him ( the staff told him to wait) . Bed sheets has obviously stain, even it looks like freshly washed. Not recommend at all, please avoid.

The hotel is 2 blocks from the metro station that takes you to the Duomo and Milano Centrale. The rooms are big and comfortable. There is a small gym and breakfast is available. The building is new and well kept, the staff is very nice and speak English.

Nice property and close to Metro so easy for train and travel to Doumo etc. street was just out of the way and not a lot of restaurants.
